GGuest UserA cozy hotel with a pleasant price. The room is clean. There is shampoo and other accessories. Good towels. Bagel and cream cheese, coffee for breakfast. Shops within driving distance. We were without a car and it was also convenient, there is a bus stop nearby.

GGuest UserI love it here, the front desk lady was so nice. Feel like being home. The theme of the hotel is also fantastic! I think it relate to some black people culture :） Very warm hotel, the area is a bit unsafe. It is scary at night. The theme is black culture. Very special hotel!

GGuest UserThere were a lot of police around the parking lot, blocking the way to the parking lot, which made me feel a bit scared. I also heard screams and loud voices from the next room, which was scary. The room was relatively clean.

AAmzymaI didn't get no notification of how to enter. No code sent via text. The room advertised as 40 dollars but then they charge me extra 20 dollars and said its to clean the room. When I complained the staff text me saying if I'm not happy to pay extra 20 dollars I can leave. This was at 11pm and I was a woman alone.

HHuhuzaizaiAfter checking in, I put my luggage in the room and left quickly to take care of some work. When I came back, I found an elderly woman and a Black woman behind her entering a code and unlocking my room door. I immediately went up to question them, but I got no response. They even blocked me outside the door. By the time I managed to get into the room, both of them had already left. I then messaged the owner, but received no reply at all. This situation made me feel extremely unsafe, and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. My laptop, tablet, phone, and bank cards were all inside the room. I do not understand how they knew the code or why they were able to open my door. This experience has seriously raised concerns about the hotel’s security and management.
