EE1749****The hotel is quite new, and the overall service is good, with a rich breakfast spread. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, but supermarkets and various restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. The subway and bus stops are also accessible within a 10-minute walk. Overall, it's pretty good.

GGuest UserAfter clearing customs, the hotel shuttle was easy to catch at Exit 5, running every half hour, which was very convenient. The rooms come with a kitchenette, perfect for longer stays if you plan to grocery shop and prepare your own meals to save some money. The breakfast was also excellent.

MMister StephenThe hotel had its pros and cons. It is close to the airport, which is good for next day flights. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower is hot with good pressure. There is a luggage storage facility. Average aspects included no restaurants nearby. The standard of the hotel was down on other Holiday Inns around the world. The free shuttle is only on the hour. Disappointing was the breakfast and its lack of variety and choices, and the airplanes which regularly flew over the building. Not exactly conducive to sleep.

BBonson LamThe staff are all kind and go beyond the normal . I felt like family. Breakfast was simple though croissants were great , and pineapples were very delicious. There are board games on the top floor. It would be great if they had more laundry machines and some bicycles. The cerviche at the restaurant was innovative

GGuest UserDefinitely a great stay! It’s a conference hotel so unfortunately it is a loud hotel. The air conditioner kept clicking on an off and I didn’t not sleep. They were nice to take care of the situation and very sweet! I finally got some work done.

JJINGThe hotel is on the side of the road, and the traffic is convenient, but we live on a floor parallel to the elevated road, which is still a bit noisy. The sister at the front desk of the hotel is very polite, the check-in and check-out are very efficient, and the key parking fee is cheap. The original Hampton Inn Suit parking fee was $ 30 per night. The tax is only $ 20 and it is self-parking. The facilities and facilities of the suite are ok. The toilet and bathroom are separate. Large-size TVs have free Internet TVs such as Hulu, and Netflix's trendy movies can still be watched. There is an anti-human design. A light in the partition between the living room and the bedroom will always be on. I haven't found the switch when I searched the room. It is very bad to sleep at night. Breakfast management is also very good, as long as it is a guest, just eat in and out. The variety is good, especially the waffle baking equipment has two sets, the coffee is free to pack, and you can also make hot chocolate drinks. The fruits are only bananas and oranges. That orange is a high-quality blood orange and it tastes great.

文文A good hotel with good environment, hygiene and service. When booking the hotel, we indicated that we can check in after 3 pm. We arrived early at 11 am. If the store was not going to allow early check-in, we would store the luggage and go out to play. They just moved in without a word. In particular, I want to say that the hotel's mattresses are moderately soft and comfortable. If there are any disadvantages, it is far from the city and the beach.

I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
