"처음 방문할때 도착을 대중교통으로 안내했었으면 좋을 듯 하다. 택시타고 오라고 하는데, 비용이 투숙요금보다 많이 지출할 손님이 오는 그런 호스텔이 아니지 않는가. 처음에는 대중교통이 없는 줄 알았는데 이용하다보니 동네가까이에 좋은 버스 노선이 많았다. 호스텔 소개할때 버스 노선을 소개하면 많은 호응이 있을 것 같다. 장점이 많은 호스텔로 앞으로의 개선과 발전이 기대된다."

"From check in to check out, excellent customer service. Lobby and rooms very clean and comfortable. Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer. WHOLEFOODS GROCERY is just right around the corner for your daily needs and CVS 4 minutes walk away. There is a restaurants nearby. South beach is UBER drive away under 10 minutes and cost about $10 US.. overall this is suitable for everyone and saves u money on transportation"

"Decent Stay, but Be Prepared for Aircraft Noise. The location of Staybridge Miami Airport is convenient—very close to the airport and easy for early flights or quick layovers. However, the hotel sits right at the end of one of the runways, so you will hear airplane noise throughout the day. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind. Overall, the property is fine for short stays, especially if proximity to the airport is your priority, but the constant aircraft noise may not make it ideal for longer visits or those seeking a quiet environment."

"The only reason I picked this hotel was its proximity to the airport and the fact that it's one of the few with a 24-hour free airport shuttle. Most hotels in the US are overpriced and rundown; this one felt like an old cucumber trying to pass for fresh, but you can't hide its age. Overall, it was acceptable, definitely meeting a 3-star standard. I slept quite comfortably, and the soundproofing was good enough that I couldn't hear planes taking off or landing. There's a small shop in the lobby selling snacks and Starbucks coffee, which is convenient. Also, here’s a map to the airport shuttle after you arrive: once you grab your luggage, just cross the road to the hotel shuttle pick-up point and look for the bus with the Sheraton logo."

"There were a lot of police around the parking lot, blocking the way to the parking lot, which made me feel a bit scared. I also heard screams and loud voices from the next room, which was scary. The room was relatively clean."

"Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."

"The hotel is a bit out of the way, but the cheap taxis in Miami make up for it. I must commend the proactiveness of the lobby staff. I arrived at the hotel an hour early, and they told me there was a clean room and checked me in. There seems to have been a problem with the coordination between Ctrip and them. During check-in, they said I had underpaid taxes, but while I was calling Ctrip, they had already had the lobby manager resolve the issue for me. The hotel is next to Dolphin Shopping Center, but the nearest road was closed. The hotel provides a shuttle bus, but it only runs once an hour, and there was no bus at noon. It's practically useless."

"Hotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel."

"Close to the Miami airport and has free shuttle service. Room is large with microwave,glasss top stove, coffee machine and large fridge , king size comfy bed and sofa. Nice swimming pool by the ponds The only problem is poor wifi and breakfast just okay."
