噩夢般入住
1.酒店在兩條地鐵上面，從早上五點開始轟隆隆直到晚上十一點，像地震一樣，沒辦法睡
2.大多數工作人員培訓不夠，無服務意識，態度惡劣業餘，極少數人可以
3.酒店收費和四季酒店接近，但沒有任何配套，一層沒有酒店大門停車，要自己脱行李，一層接待廳沒有，是個過道，要上 5 層樓頂辦理入住，一個衹有一個沙發的小廳，除此之外，沒有任何配套，餐廳酒吧要消費才可坐坐，健身房在三層客房一個老舊空間
4.酒店客房床單一個醫院消毒水味道，毛巾用完第二天眼睛發炎。
我衹想説“酒店這樣太黑心，賺黑心錢，記住天地有公道”

Beautiful hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Prime location. Restaurants are very good. I highly recommend this hotel. The ceiling is very high in the room, which maoes the room very spacious. However the cleaning staff is lack of training and can’t speak the are minimum English. I stayed in room 206, a bad smell in the washroom. Overall our stay is fantastic! I would definitely coming back. Maybe not room 206 but for sure coming back.

I’m a handicapped. I was too tired and needed just a sofa at the lobby for 20 mins and a coffee. Melia hotel was closed for the private party. Anyway, the manager allowed me to sit inside the very distingue interior and to have my coffee. The high level of services starts from the empathy! If the hotel helps not only to its guest and is opened to all adequate people it generates hotel’s success. Kindest regards to the manager and the doorman who helped me. Next my visit to Milano will be with this beautiful hotel.

La location è molto bella, seppure ci si trovi pressoché in strada. Il personale non è all'altezza, gli assaggi di accompagnamento all'aperitivo sono discreti ma risicati. I prezzi non sono trasparenti, credevamo di avere ordinato una bottiglia del costo di euro 45 invece era il prezzo della un calice. In città ci sono offerte di gran lunga migliori sotto tutti i punti di vista e con un rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.

Nulla da dire sulla location veramente bella e cocktail molto buoni. La cosa negativa è che sebbene il cocktail Milano-Torino aveva un costo di 16 €, abbiamo pagato 18€. Abbiamo espresso il dubbio che forse c’era un errore, ma ci è stato risposto che era corretto. Non abbiano chiesto al momento di controllare il menù, non ci sembrava il caso. Sta di fatto che controllando su Internet il menù, il cocktail costava 16. €. Magari un po’ più di attenzione non guasta.

Finalmente un luogo incantevole dove si bevono cocktail di categoria fatti a regola d'arte accompagnati da fingers food di qualità eccellente, dove l'accoglienza e l'attenzione al cliente sono perfettamente in armonia con la bellezza del locale, dove un aperitivo risulta essere davvero un momento di evasione e di coccola. Finalmente un luogo a Milano esclusivo dove c'è sostanza e non solo apparenza, da cui esci soddisfatto. Complimenti a tutti, staff eccezionale!

Pessima esperienza all’ingresso del bar con una signorina indisponente e poco professionale … alla richiesta di un tavolo per un aperitivo la risposta al no è stata al quanto sgradevole e secca !!! Ero già stata ma con un’accoglienza diversa

Giardino Cordusio è un bar dall’eleganza fresca seppur in un contesto di coerente (col palazzo che ospita il locale), classicità. Avvolgente, floreale e luminoso. L’offerta dei cocktail e’ buona e con prezzi adeguati. Purtroppo i piatti in accompagnamento alle bevante risultano troppo limitati e soprattutto esclusivamente freddi (non sarebbe guastato l’intramontabile club sandwich ad esempio). Personale gentile ma un po’ impacciato e goffo nei modi. Nel complesso una bella esperienza in cui la location fa da regina.

Bar al quinto piano davvero elegante e stupendo con una vista incredibile sia sul Duomo che sulla splendida cupola dell'hotel stesso. Al momento il servizio viene svolto indoor e non outdoor sulla terrazza ma è cmq possibile accedervi ed ammirare una vista meravigliosa. Prezzi cocktail sui 20 euro, calici dai 12 euro. Ottimo servizio e aperitivo accompagnato da 3 finger food a testa (buonissimi). Personale molto disponibile e gentile.
