B&B Hotel Milano Central Station Reviews

Worst hotel you could get!!!! The room we booked and the room they gave us was totally different. We approached reception twice at night and they told us there’s no room to change OR upgrade and told us to come back the next day morning. Next day morning we approached reception again, the front desk lady told us we are not allowed to change the room as the facilities in the room all working well. We told her we could move to room 601 (vacant room) which is currently cleaning by housekeeping, and they could give our corner room 610 to the new arrival, but was told that we are unable to swift room due to no defect in room 610. What an ridiculous thing we ever heard in a hotel ! Manager was not helpful at all!!! No option or solution given and told us our room is same as the others!!! Big avoid !!!!

Can’t beat the price on this location. I also found the rooms nice and very comfortable. Staff were competent and friendly. Great experience throughout.

The room for single bed is too small, and they not having luggage storing service not convenient for me, so that I do not consider to stay one more night after my first check on March 3rd. I suppose to book another night March 5th, after coming back from other city in Italy.

Simply but nice hotel with good breakfast choice. The room I was assigned at the check-in, had some issues with the TV and the sockets. The front desk staff promptly upgraded me to another room to solve the problem, they were very attentive.

An unfortunate stay. Before we even arrived, there was a problem with the confirmation of our reservation (even though we had pre-paid). When we arrived, we were given a room that had broken curtain rails and also there wasn't a water supply in the shower (!). We informed the staff, but they were not bothered at all, so we had to wait without a shower until the next day for the water supply to come. We asked for compensation for this first unfortunate night, but we were merely given free breakfast. Keep in mind that the rooms and the service level are a pain point at this place. We also addressed Trip.com for a partial refund (for only one of our 3-day booking), but we were just offered some trip coins for the bad experience. Milan is great but the hotel is not recommended.

Very convenient , near to main train station as well as metro . One of my best stay in Italy :)

B&B Milano Central station will be the worst hotel you can spend your money on. This was our last hotel in Italy after spending 2 weeks across Italy and enjoying each and every hotel we stayed at expect this one. Worst customer service you will ever get, worst stay you will experience. If you want to waste your holidays then only stay here. As soon as we were checking in, a lady was already shouting at the front desk and complaining about the room. But we thought that might be an exception but we had our own journey: 1. On the first day, As soon as we check in to the room, only light in the room was the bed side lights. When we complained to the front desk, we were told YOU ARE NOT IN DARKNESS, and after complaining multiple times they refused to change the room. In the evening provided one more bedside lamp. 2. Next day morning entire room was filled with water, and the entire floor outside the room was also wet. Our entire suitcase , shoes were wet. When we went to complain they put the blame on to us that we had done this. When they checked the room next to us had a leaking bathroom. 3. When we requested to change the room this time around, we were told to wait a few hours and waste our time to get the room changed instead of enjoying our holiday time. We were not helped with any of our wet suitcase snd clothes. We had to spend our own money to get a fast dry clean service. Overall a worst experience one can have.

Just a normal hotel can accept but not so recommended because room really empty if compared to other hotel in the same level

No complaints with this one, right by the central station, easy check in, clean hotel 👌
