The staff was very nice, but it took a very long time to check in. The “hotel bar” was a few bottles of Heineken and one type of white wine. The rooms were clean and nice.

The female staff is kind, but if you don't speak English well, it might be a bit difficult to communicate. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was a little disappointing that there was nothing around the hotel station, but it was also close to the station, so it was very easy and nice to move luggage.

I stayed at Agape Hotel with two friends from November 15–18, and it was an excellent experience! We arrived quite late, but the 24-hour staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Alex at reception, who greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. His hospitality truly set the tone for our stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and perfect for three girls, with two large mirrors ideal for getting ready, along with all the essential amenities we could ask for. The location was unbeatable—the metro station was just a 2-minute walk, and a bus stop was right in front of the hotel, making travel effortless. Nearby, we found a fantastic pizza spot for quick, delicious late-night dinners. Overall, the combination of great service, comfort, and convenience made our stay exceptional. I highly recommend Agape Hotel and would love to return in the future! 10/10

The hotel is great. The room, bathroom and breakfast were all great. The staff was very kind and helpful. It is very close to the Metro stop, green line M2. In 10 minutes in the city center. Very clean and peaceful. Very rich breakfast comparing to Italian hotels. Would come back!

WORST HOTEL EVER. If I can give them a 0 I would. I arrived and only could stay less than 2 hrs . Thats how horrible the experience was . From the moment me annd my three guests arrived, the female reception not only had wierd body language but spoke to us in a rude manner. It was almost like there was some sort of racial bias. I knew from that moment that everything would go downhill. She provided me with one card for a room with 3 guest and didn't even tell me where the room was. I had to ask her for an additional card and the room location. She asked for my credit card for mini bar hold. This was the first time throughout my euro trip that this was asked. We went to our room which was the size of a shoe box. Not kidding a shoebox is even respectful, we could not move. Upon inspection, there was a broken morror, issues with the restroom, and chipped paint and cracks around. I immediately took photos to show her because after our interaction I didn't want to be charged for anything I didnt cause or use. She acted shocked( keep in mind of this for later. She did nothing about it then. I went back to the room and took my guest to walk outside and stroll and immediately we felt uncomfortable at the surrounding. Another male receptionist had arrive and we related the issue about the size of the room and more to him and he stated that there was nothing available and that we wound have to wait till tomorrow for when a manager came. Now mind you, I had already looked up rooms on the hotel website and they did have availability but I said nothing. He hd even recommended that we get breakfast outside because the hotel breakfast was very pricey. I continued my search online where I came upon a review from a guest from about a day prior who experienced something similar to what I was going through and that's when I realized we were being played for a fool. Immediately we decided to leave. That was where he'll broke loose. The receptionist said there was nothing he could do about it. He said management would be there in the morning and they would deal with it. That he would check me out early. I asked for contact info and he gave me an email address that was nonfunctioning. I knew this because I had emails from weeks leading up to my reservation asking for info about Breakfast and more. He didn't give me a number for corporate or management. The hotel number I had called serval times no one answers or they hang up on you. My guest and I had to find a last minute accomodation at almost midnight and spend TWICE AS MUCH money to be able to sleep the night. I was supposed to be there for 5 days and I could not do it. I reached out for refunds and no one answered my calls or emails. My credit card company couldnt help. Overall his experience has been the worst in all of Italy. Unwelcoming. Unresourceful . RACIST. Uniformed. worst of all they are keeping my hard earned money for me not even staying there for the 5 days. THIEVES. DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE

In a great location, easily accesible to Milan, a few minute walk to metro then 15 minutes on there. Receptionists friendly, and rooms spacious and cleaned everyday and towels replaced. Shops and cafe nearby and a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Would return

Nice place, nice welcome at the entry, clean and good looking. Unfortunately I didn’t sleep much, a part for a bit of noise from the street the real problem is the noise from the inside, people kept on walking around banging doors and moving forniture, I must say I’m quite sure it was service and not costumers. Unfortunate, the place looks good but that completely ruined my sleep, this happened a lot during the night.

When viewing the reviews for the Agape I was a touch surprised to see the poor standard of reviews overall. Thankfully our experience did not mirror these. The hotel is conveniently located about 3 minutes from a metro stop that is connected to the main transport station of the city which takes about 15 minutes to get to. The area of Crescenzago is quite nice with a park nearby and plenty of amenities including various restaurants and a perfect tiny family run shop which opens late and offers all of your essentials. Staff of the hotel were friendly and accommodating and looked after us with a kettle and fresh milk with no extra charge. Their level of English was incredible but they did their best to help us in any way they could. Breakfast is very tasty with a wide range of options and some really delicious cakes. Unfortunately, these cakes weren't served on the last day of our stay (perhaps due to low numbers staying in the hotel). One slight downfall was that over the weekend the staff looked overun by the demand and large amounts of options had disappeared and had not been replaced as well as a lack of cutlery being available until requested. The room was the highpoint of the hotel and was very modern and comfortable containing a huge range of TV channels. Air conditioning was fantastic and the shower was nice and spacious also. The room also offers a minibar which was perfect for chilling our water or chocolate! Bed was very cosy with fresh cleaning completed every day to a high standard. Staying in the Agape was a really positive experience overall and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably price hotel in the suburbs with a bit more to offer within it's price range.

Hotel located in a rather bad area of Milan, ok reception although they asked me to pay for parking again even though it had already been paid by my company at the time of booking. Triple room quite small and with a super deodorant as if it had to cover I don't know what other smell, almost enough to give you a headache. New bathroom and nothing to say. Power sockets that adapting a small room to a triple, end up exactly at the head of the bed where the pillow would go. Parquet chipped in several places and quite uncomfortable beds.

Let's start from the assumption that there are only 4 stars in the stars but it is actually, I would define it as a good 3 stars, very cold staff, very limited service, on the other hand clean and well-scented room, on the other hand parking and breakfast are paid tourist tax 5 euros per person and finally before the entrance they ask to pre-authorize the sum of 50.00 euros on a credit card! Uncomfortable and soft bed without a Topper (so not 4 stars)

Great hotel for our transit. The area is not very spectacular but the hotel itself is fine. Parking in the parking garage was a challenge, narrow spots but eventually succeeded. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with good air conditioning
