The location was great with easy access to the station, making our travels very convenient. However, we found ants in the bathroom, which made us feel quite uneasy throughout our stay. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and we especially appreciated that the room could comfortably accommodate four people. The ants were the only real downside.

The hotel is walking distance to a metro station. very convenient in going around towards the city even if slightly in the suburbs of Milan.

The staff was very nice, but it took a very long time to check in. The “hotel bar” was a few bottles of Heineken and one type of white wine. The rooms were clean and nice.

The room was spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied. It's a little far from the city center, but it's close to a subway station, so it wasn't an inconvenience. The bathroom has a bathtub, and it's conveniently equipped with a glass partition instead of a shower curtain. There was a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, several types of instant coffee and tea, and complimentary small biscuits. I accidentally turned on the air conditioner and electric kettle at the same time, tripping the circuit breaker in my room. I called the front desk for help, and they immediately assisted me. They even used a translation app to help me, and were very kind. Thank you very much, Alex. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Milan.

The price was not what I paid online. The extra parking fee and the deposit refund that was deliberately avoided at check-out were not returned. The deposit refund slip was taken away but the fee was not returned. I almost lost 39 euros. The location is very remote and the surrounding environment does not make people feel safe. It was not a good experience.

Excellent value for money! My family is happy with the stay. It's a bit far from the center, but the great affordable price makes up for it. For Milan, this option is great! We got to the very center by metro. The room is very clean. Great service at the reception. Paid parking. Everything is great.

The female staff is kind, but if you don't speak English well, it might be a bit difficult to communicate. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was a little disappointing that there was nothing around the hotel station, but it was also close to the station, so it was very easy and nice to move luggage.
