The hotel facilities are so bad, the most speechless stay experience. There is no safety buckle in the entrance room, and the quilt cover is not cleaned. There are dirty things on it like moldy stains. The room lighting is very dim and the two lights are not good. The point is that it’s not soundproofed. The KTV screamed in the middle of the night until two o’clock in the morning. The customer service attitude was extremely bad and shirked responsibility. If you don’t solve the problem, you will never come again. I advise everyone who wants to live in to think twice!

樓下KTV蹦迪boom boom吵到半夜
打電話給前台A溝通説去酒吧叫音量調小。
半小時後打電話給前台B：“我們都聽不到，你怎麼會聽得到”，這種把問題都歸於客人的態度，把我氣的夠嗆。
半夜收拾完行李換酒店…商務出差，有誰想這麼麻煩，一點小問題搞的自己沒休息。實在是！！！
太吵了。住的11樓行政房，我有錄音，酒店有需要可以聽是不是客人小題大做。

酒店位置地段較好，打車出行都很方便，周圍有很多吃飯的地方也很豐富非常方便，房間乾淨整潔，衞生良好，床也很舒服。

酒店4樓是KTV，酒店預訂時未標明，衹在辦理完入住時告知，隔音效果很差，聽的清唱的歌。酒店衞生一般，床單上有未洗凈的血漬。

福州玩了一整天 晚上來這裏入住 雖然遠了一點 但住宿條件也不錯 房間比較大 早餐還可以 蒸餃好吃 春節期間基本都是滿房
