"Hi Red Planet,
Thank you for your Good accommodation. This is not my 1st time to book accommodation in your area. we are safe and near all the areas to go. Also, We enjoy the place.
The service is good, and your staff is accommodating. I have no meals.
Best regards,
Mylene"
"The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and the staff's genuine care for their guests made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a place that goes the extra mile to celebrate special occasions. We will definitely be back!"
"Service was just normal. Conveniently located with shops and bars around the area. Room service available with restaurant and rooftop bar at hotel. Lot of restaurant in the area too. Easy access to shopping malls by transport or walk for 8 to 10 minutes.
Would recomend for short stay."
"I had a fantastic stay! It was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to SM. The staff were friendly and responsive, making everything easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
"Very clean, modernised rooms, bed very comfortable, aircon old style hole in the wall mounted but okay, and key card which also turns on the power. Unfortunately, fridge and aircon go off too when you go out.
After the bad rap breakfast has been getting, we made sure we went early (soon after opening at 6.00am), and it was more than satisfactory.
Two staff were trying very hard to make sure we were happy... probably as a consequence of the bad reviews.
Front desk very efficient, very handy commercial laundromat on ground floor where you can wash and dry two suitcases full of clothes for 260 pesos.
A couple of minor issues we had were dealt with straight away.
Very central location with a 5 minute walk to several shopping malls.
CONS:
Trip.com does not warn you that you will have to pay 2000 peso refundable deposit when you arrive."
"The room feels clean it was easy check in and check out , if your looking for a cheap and budget hotel close to Limketkai for airport shuttle it’s about 100 pesos grab even early morning ."
"The room was average in size, hotel was very close to other restaurants. It’s a little old but the customer service is very good. The receptionist, Argen was very helpful in answering questions about Ca***an de Oro Tourist spots.
Breakfast had lots of selection."
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, newly renovated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was close by. We would definitely stay here again!"
"Convenient sa lahat walking distance lang going to SM, gaisano & centrio if gusto mo unwind sa gabi meron din malapit sa hotel na bar relaxing place din kasi meron live band po. Thank you GV"

IINFINIVAN, INC.Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.
GGuest UserThe hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word.
The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam.
I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.
CClenton AllisonStaff was great they arrange wash my clothes for 200 fpf and repair hole in my pants. Toilet had toilet seat I wash my body on that seat. They have cold to hot water shower wand with 4 settings for temp.
Room small but great for the price. Aircon was cold if you wanted that. TV and power switch. The street noise is loud but I sleeped ok. No elevator just stairs. Del Monte pineapple factory across the street but was quiet to me.
Jollibee is 10 fpf jeepee and Chow King is before Jollibee under overpass that street to mall. About hour and half drive time by taxi. But you can take busses to Davon and other places
TTom&JeryNot as expected☺️ I ordered the food for the next morning, they said they didn't cook. When I woke up and ordered the food around 10am they said ordering is already closed when in their ads it says breakfast is from 8am-11am. Imagine how hungry I am because I arrived at almost 12 midnight. I didn't have food to eat. Also there was no mirror in the room to look at yourself. I just used my phone then😅Also there was no water in the morning so I left the room didn't took a bath. When the water came, it was so dirty that when I flushed the water the color was brownish. But I salute the receptionist in the evening for letting me borrow her charger and to the madam who let the electric fan faced me to feel cool while waiting for my grab taxi😍
GGuest UserYou need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not, because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.
EEpistles of TobiI would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced at the front desk. The male staff member was not attentive at all; when I asked him to ensure that my extension was updated, he assured me he would take care of it. However, around 12 noon the next day, I received a call on my mobile from the front desk while I was in a meeting, inquiring if I would be extending my stay.
Additionally, I noticed that during the night, the front desk staff appeared disengaged, busy playing on their phones while I was providing instructions. This level of service does not meet my expectations, and I hope improvements can be made to ensure better attentiveness and professionalism.
GUEST FIRST!
DDyordzWe recently had to stay in this hotel. I booked it online and we had an instant confirmation (Thanks by the way to Trip.com app as well). Everything was smooth, even the check in and check out. The room was clean, but we had some issues with mosquitoes in our room.
MMightyPaulaI had a fantastic stay]. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to attractions yet peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Exceptional service all around. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserWhen I checked in, it was said to be a buffet breakfast, but it turned out to be one for each person. The swimming pool was pretty good and there was a special section for children. The restaurant provided local food at a reasonable price. The room was quite clean, but the furniture was a bit old. There was free drinking water in the corridor, so you have to bring your own cup. Tools, choose a hotel with a swimming pool, this is a good choice
