Misamis Oriental Hotels with Parking

Very clean rooms; filling breakfast; very thoughful message during breakfast. I only had a problem with parking space; they can house 6 cars but if you park last, you may be called to move in order for others to move their car. Otherwise, I recommend 10/10!

Loved my time at this condo. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of Manila Bay. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the ocation is convenient—close to malls and restaurants. Lobby can get busy at times, but overall it was a smooth and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend!

Probably the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. Cleanliness is passable but it’s dusty where you don’t usually see like the top of the ac. Did not like the velvety headboard either cause it’s more prone to dust mites and bedbugs. I left the place with a couple of bites on my back. Feels cramped and it has no windows. Good that the exhaust from the toilet is working. There’s no moldy smell, which is a good thing. It’s great that there’s a smart tv. They serve breakfast but did not avail cause I left very early in the morning to go to the terminal. I guess it’s ok just to sleep for a night. I will stay again but will choose a bigger room with windows. Also, it’s cheaper to walk in cause bfast is already included in their rates.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word. The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam. I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.

The condotel itself is nice, and the location is very convenient. It’s in a busy area with lots of food options and establishments nearby, so there’s no shortage of places to eat. However, there are a few downsides. The hotel is right beside the highway, so it can be really noisy, especially at night. We woke up several times because of the loud motorcycles passing by. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider. For the breakfast, I had read in a prior booking review that they only provide breakfast from Jollibee, which is why we didn’t get a breakfast inclusion when we booked. I also asked the reception directly during our stay if they offer breakfast, and they confirmed that they do not have their own breakfast service and that breakfast is sourced from Jollibee. The housekeeping staff was also not very friendly. Whenever we asked for something, they seemed annoyed, and they didn’t really smile or show much warmth when interacting with guests. This was one area where we felt the service could definitely be improved. On the other hand, the reception staff and manager were accommodating. They were willing to help whenever we asked for suggestions, especially regarding transportation and places to visit. Overall, the condotel itself and the location are good, but the road noise and our experience with some of the housekeeping staff affected our stay. With better soundproofing and more welcoming housekeeping service, the overall experience could be much better.

The location is fantastic. There's a large shopping mall, a big supermarket, a 7-Eleven, and a cheap and delicious fried chicken place nearby. The Agora Bus Terminal (EastBound Terminal) is also within walking distance. However, the cleanliness was a major issue due to a significant cockroach problem. When I entered the room, I saw about two on the bed, which then scurried under it. There were about five more in the bathroom. While none were large, they were around 2cm long. I had to buy insecticide from the supermarket to deal with them. The elevator was convenient, but there was a notice stating it would be out of service from 10 PM to 6 AM. I had an overnight bus at 2 AM, so I planned to take my heavy suitcase down to the lobby before 10 PM and asked the front desk to store it for me. However, the front desk staff lied and told me the elevator would be running all night. In reality, it wasn't working in the middle of the night. I had to carry my suitcase, which weighed over 20kg, down the stairs myself. Another incident occurred when I returned in the evening after 6 PM. While I was showering, there was aggressive knocking on my door. Since there was no peephole and I was in the shower, I couldn't open it, but the knocking persisted for quite some time. After several minutes of relentless knocking, I reluctantly opened the door to find a young man who said he was there to collect trash. This hotel doesn't provide 'Do Not Disturb' signs for the doorknobs. I stayed for two nights, and there was no room cleaning or towel replacement, but I certainly received aggressive and annoying knocking from the staff. The internet speed was decent, around 5Mbps. The front desk staff during check-out was very kind and polite, and the security guard outside was also very friendly. Overall, the location is excellent. There are both wonderful and unhelpful staff members, plus cockroaches, but also air conditioning and free WiFi. I guess the low price reflects both the good and bad aspects of this hotel. Given that it's not a luxury hotel, I'd rate it 3/5 for a hotel in the Philippines.

I booked three rooms to stay in at CDO Grace Residence Hall for my family, I can say that, it was a great and comfortable experience here in Cagayan De oro City.

The hot and cold shower was not working. They refused to give us complementary water during our second day even though we told them that we would not be availing the free breakfast because of our early flight.

You need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.
