This lodging was very noisy during sleeping hours and the facility was substandard in many very important ways.
1. "No loud noises" is a written rule but it was noisy: I could hear shouting during quiet hours in the halls, on the stairs and in common areas. 2. No security guard anywhere that I could see to tell other guests to be quiet. Responsible management should quickly correct these noisy situations but they did not. 3. No smoking is a rule and I am pretty sure it would also apply to not just rooms but also common areas but someone was smoking in the building and I smelled it like it was in the same room I was in. I could smell cigarette smoke because 4. The window pane is missing, this is a security issue and I can smell anything outside the room including cigarette smoke. Because there is a window pane missing, unfortunately 5. mosquito's can fly right in. 6. This door is a security risk, the chain is missing for the bolt and clearly a safety hazard with sharp metal edges exposed. 7. The shower head is nearly useless as 3/4 of the holes are blocked. 8. There is a gas stove but no gas tank, the pots as you can see, very unsanitary, and looking dirty. There are various health hazards in this place, I could see no 9. smoke alarm anywhere. 10., 11., 12., 13., This looks like mold and was in several places throughout the room. 14. When using the bath/shower the water leaks through the bathroom baseboard into the common area, this is standing water in the floor. 15. The air conditioner is not fitted properly and has big gaps and cracks around the unit. 16., 17., 18., Shower curtain rod missing, cracks in the ceiling, appears to be water stains and mold in ceilings and walls. 19. Permanent stains on the bathroom mirror.
