Stayed one night while travelling. Close to restos and shops. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Given the season and general price of hotels this was a nice find at this price point.

I've never experienced such unprofessional service as my stay at this hotel. The room was fine, and the check in experience was good. The problem started when I checked out. I saw two different charges of $190 and $110, in addition to the temporary hold on my card, even when I had already paid for the room through a travel website. When I asked for more information, the guest services informed me that they're busy and will try and get more information, and looks like one of the charges was put on my card by mistake. They still can't find the other one. This should have been rectified and brought to my attention proactively, instead of me finding out and following up with them multiple times. Not trustworthy at all. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism showcased at a Marriott property.

As it was an overseas hotel, the amenities were not very complete. The hotel itself and rooms were clean and the staff were very kind.

Property has not been updated in a long time. Rooms are in need of repair. Bathroom tiles were cracked, carpet had stains. Wall paper peeling. Rooms feel grungy. We upgraded in hopes of a better experience but again, the same but just a larger space. Fans in bathroom did not work. Lamps had low wattage bulbs so was dark.
The TRIO restaurant had great service. Staff friendly.
The pool was murky. Again, updates and cleanliness are issues. The elevators had lots of dirt in the tracks. There was a cupcake paper in the hotel elevator when we arrived and it was there three days later. Staffing may be an issue.

The pool deck was soaked with water and dangerous. They badly need drains running the length of the waterslide on either side. The pool needed cleaned aswell.

Our weekend at this hotel was perfect because Adil took care of us. He offerd us a wonderful service and every employee shoud be like him
