Our stay at Hotel Villa Angela was simply perfect. We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their extreme kindness and attention throughout our stay. We were truly pampered — a hospitality that made all the difference. The room was spectacular: comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a delightful jacuzzi and a balcony with a breathtaking view. We were even lucky enough to witness an eruption of Etna in a quiet dawn… a spectacle of nature that we will never forget. The breakfast is very rich and well thought out, with various Sicilian specialties, both sweet and savory. The cassata cake we ate on the first day was, without exaggeration, divine. On our last night, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was an excellent choice: the dishes were very well prepared and paired with a light and delicious rosé wine. A perfect night to end our stay. The hotel also offers an excellent transfer service to the historic center of Taormina, which allowed us to easily alternate between walking tours and moments of rest at the hotel. Top marks, with honors. We're already making plans to come back!

This was my first trip to Sicily, and I randomly selected this hotel on Ctrip. I felt incredibly lucky! The hotel isn't large, and there aren't many rooms. But its location on a hillside makes it exceptionally beautiful, with stunning scenery. Rosanna and Krizia were incredibly helpful before and after our check-in, as well as with our travel plans. Antonio also provided a lot of assistance with our sightseeing later on. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and tableware. There's a supermarket (Eurospin) nearby where we could buy groceries and cook our own meals. It was perfect for our family trip. It's worth mentioning that there's an Alcantara Valley nearby, with clear, cool streams about knee-deep—a perfect summer retreat. Of course, there are also the various beaches of Taormina. Friendly reminder: You'll need to rent a car. Apple Maps or Google Maps are both fine.
