"The hotel is on the mountain, beautiful view. But it needs to be understood that this is not a beach hotel. Formally there is an exit to the beach from the pool, but it is very cool and in the heat to rise from the sea it is a occupation only for physically trained people. And it is wild.
On the sea beach you need to drive 5 minutes Maya Beach, parking + two lying + a umbrella 35 euros a day. Towels are yours.
Breakfast was delicious, but all 4 days were the same.
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable.
Far from civilization , there is one on the mountain.
There are lots of parking spaces.
There is a paid transfer to Taormina.
Dinner for 35 euros is normal, but without delight.
In the evening there is a show program."

GGuest UserThis beautiful b & b is around 7min walk (with steps) from Agrigento Centrale. Rosalia is a very gracious and communicative host , the yard and rooms are tastefully designed. Breakfast was fantastic too. We enjoyed our stay. She and her husband were so kind to offer to drop off our luggage at the Centrale. Highly recommended! Thank you again!

GGuest UserVery good. The guy at the front desk upgraded us to a room with a sea view balcony. It was really great. The swimming pool was also very good. The breakfast was also very rich. The room was not big but had all the facilities. The only downside was that there was no free water in the room.

While it’s true that some of the interior facilities are a bit outdated and could use an upgrade, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. The location was convenient and easy to access, and I felt safe and comfortable during my time here.
Despite the older furnishings, the room was functional and had everything I needed. Wi-Fi worked well, and basic amenities were provided. It’s not a luxury place by any means, but if you’re looking for something affordable, practical, and decently located, this is a solid option. I would consider staying here again for short trips or business visits.

EEvelyn KowVery strategic location to get to anywhere in Taormina. Marco, the owner even waited for us in front of the hotel and helped us with the luggage. Room is very clean and refurbished. He had a pdf which recommends restaurant, pubs etc. always responsive on WhatsApp.

GGuest UserThe room has an unbeatable sea view, facing the sea with flowers blooming in spring, and you can also see the misty Mount Etna in the distance. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. It is a bit expensive to take a taxi from the train station to the mountain for 25 euros. Young people without large luggage can try hiking or taking the bus. The uncle at the front desk is very friendly. The sleeping bag left in the room by my companion was immediately delivered. I stayed for two nights. It is suitable for a daze vacation

CChristina PabloWe had a last minute change with my husband and my father (52, and 83) to Taormina and so it was a challenge with very little prep time where to stay in a vertical place with my elderly father who is in good shape but challenged by long walks, inclines and extreme heat. We did it all-- close to the bus station (4 minutes), Corso Umberto (8 minutes), the Antico Teatrico and the view cannot be beat. There's souvenir shops and a mini mart within 4 minutes walk and the cable car is also only 5 minutes away. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and the views. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next morning before leaving. No one could be more helpful or nicer in this hotel.
CONS: It's a steep driveway to climb up and down for the elderly. Watching my dad in either direction was a little dicey and with his blood thinners I did not want him to take a spill.
PROS: Everything else.

If I had to choose only one city for a relaxing vacation in Italy, it would have to be Taormina. 👍 This town, made famous by the movie ”White Lotus Resort,” fulfilled my every imagination. The sea and streetscapes are simply breathtaking. I booked Eurostar flights from Palermo to Taormina, and I have to say it was the right choice! The cliff-top hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. The room has a private balcony, and the view overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and pool is truly a welcome relief from the travel. The breakfast was just as plentiful as the Eurostar experience, with sweet fruit and delicious smoothies. Watching the pigeons on the terrace while enjoying breakfast was truly relaxing. The only downside was the old hairdryer, which I think is a common problem with European hotels. Could Dyson sponsor it, hahahaha. 😄 PS: The hotel is very close to Piazza 9 degli Abril and the ancient Greek theater. The town is wonderful to explore and has a variety of delicious food. Taormina is definitely the best city in southern Italy!

GGuest UserОтель не 4 звезды. Когда открывался, может и были эти звезды для 90х годов, но с тех пор ремонт не делался, судя по всему. Место распоряжение не самое удачное - до Изолы Беллы 15 мин пешком по обочине дороги, до фуникулера - 10 мин.
Если выходить из отеля налево, то можно дойти до песчаного пляжа, там народа в разы меньше!
Так же есть лестница в город, на такая обхоженная, как от Изолы Беллы, но зато рядом.
Завтраки скудные - для 4* совсем скромно.
Обслуживание отличное, все довольны, все улыбаются.
Кто на машине - с парковкой беда, у отеля 5 машиномест, на дороге на припарковаться.
Если повезёт с номером, то шикарный вид на море! У нас был Делюкс, 3ий этаж, тут же выход к бассейну, очень удобно. Сам бассейн небольшой. Кстати, отель находится в тени после 12 дня, соответственно, у бассейна не позагорать.
По цене был выигрышнее, но стоит ли того, неуверен.

Very close to the beach and there is a pool on a roof top.
Rooms are clean but… very poor equipped. No iron, no coffee, no tea maker. Wi-Fi is weak and works well only in lobby.
4 stars only because of location, balcony and pool on a roof.
Otherwise it’s a 3 stars hotel
