The A/C wasn’t working at all and the technician was also not able to fix it

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai, located near the airport. The location was convenient for my early morning flight. major disappointment was the food. The options were limited and the prices were exorbitant. I understand that this is a luxury hotel, but even by those standards, the prices were too high. I opted to have most of my meals outside the hotel to avoid overspending on food.

It was a fabulous experience with this Hotel. Beautiful tropical garden.

Very comfortable stay with a good view of the city. The service is top-notch with a great smile on all the staffs' faces. I liked the surprise cake in the room as it was our wedding night.

Very convenient location for overnight stay also.very helpful staff, Good breakfast.

The property is not in its original anymore. Lots of things need maintenance and replacement. The front desk reception waste lot of your time going through your reservation during checkin and checkout. They need a better ***agement or this place is going to shutdown very soon.

Among the hotels in Mumbai, this is one of the most unique and stylish hotels. Even if you just look around the internal facilities, an hour goes by quickly.

Nice and comfortable

Very poor room maintenance and poor facilities. Mosquitoes in the room. Passage carpet very old. Mercury room very old. It appears run down property. Also at break fast very poor service

Other than the location nothing is suitable for a business traveller

It was my first time at this hotel. After I had checked I was given the keys. There was no one to guide me where the lifts were . Being a wo*** in her late 60s I expected a staff member to show me to my room. I usually stay at jw mariott sahar and the service from their staff is a lot lot better. They did. It ask for my credit cards which most hotels do. So anything extra from restaurants or in-house cafes I had to pay cas. Staff can do a lot better in terms of service

Very clean and safe property

Das Design des Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig. Ich war dort bereits mehrere Male vor Jahren. Leider wurde seitdem nichts weiter renoviert oder in Schuss gehalten. Es ist immer noch ein Gutes Hotel. Aber eben nur gut.
