A big size midern hotel in the midway between the airport and the tourist attractions such as Gate of India… Good breakfast and fast front office service. Outside the hotel too ***y mosquitos ( clouds ) at night.

Stayed at ITC Maratha for a couple of days with my family for a leisure vacation at Mumbai. Had requested for adjacent rooms for my kids that was taken care of. On checkin I was upgraded to the pool view rooms. The service and the food were exceptionally good. The food was deliciously tasty and special thanks to the whole culinary team at the Peshwa Pavilion. Chef Sridhar Patra and Chef Pravin Patil were great hosts at the breakfast table, we enjoyed some cooking tips exchange, and they also took special care of my young son who loves food. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. The dinner buffet spread was also very lavish, and the decor of Peshwa Pavilion is just too nice. Overall very nice stay and my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Just wanting to visit Mumbai again and stay there

As always my stay at the Hilton Mumbai was wonderful. So lovely to see Wesley again on the door and also wanted to mention Aniket on the front desk who was so very kind to me when I checked out. In addition to the much appreciated late check out that we were given he also assisted with a couple of other requests. I know being a Hilton member helps but not every hotel acknowledges the loyalty so it’s these kind of generous touches that set this Hilton and the Mumbai team apart from other hotels that I stay in for work and why I keep coming back – I think it’s my 8th year now!

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

This hotel is very good in overall services & facilities. Is very clean compare to others. Very good services in overall including transportation & your overall needs for business travel.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service compensated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Just incredible! The staff is so well trained, friendly, and ready to help at any point. Local knowledge was huge and the breakfast staff was just fantastic. Food quality was always amazing and the staff just made me feel valued. I can’t recommend enough the Four Seasons Mumbai. I can’t wait to come back!
