Hotels Near Yexel's Toy House in Muntinlupa

The hotel is good and the location is good. The waiters speak very good English and communicate very well. The waiters in the concierge department are also very enthusiastic, helping with luggage to the front desk, opening the door, etc., praise!

Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

The Good: 1. Price point - This is an affordable, no frills, simple hotel. 2. Clean room - Being a rather new hotel, the room, bathroom, bed, hallways, etc are still very clean and well maintained. 3. Pleasant staff - People are generally nice and helpful here. 4. Location - Located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang. Molito is just nearby. The Bad: 1. Basic necessities such as a water kettle, glasses / mugs, basic toiletries are not provided. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have them all in the room. Neither Good Nor Bad: 1. There aren't that much amenities here, hence hotel was able to drive the prices down. The Verdict: Would love to be back to stay here for future work-related stays, if needed.

I already checked in twice at B Hotel and recently we booked our stay here for our anniversary all I can say is they never disappoint to make us feel welcome ☺️ I must say, it was an absolute delight. We were greeted warmly by the guard, front desk receptionists and housekeeping attendant who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself was clean, elegant and designed very well and makes me feel like i was staying in a top-tier establishment. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed during my stay. I would like to thank Renz who is the room attendant that time for asking me what I need and provide all my requests. I also would like to commend the front desk receptionists madz, tin, pau, and abbi who made sure that our stay is smooth and all our requests was followed. They also offered us shuttle which is on time once we ask for pick up and drop off. Even their concierge TJ if I can remember it right, he’s very kind and on time during our service. Thank you B hotel alabang!!!! We will surely be back ☺️❤️

It is a motel with many garages and stairs to the second floor. The room has 2 doors, and there is a table between the doors to facilitate the waiter to deliver things. The room is quite big, but the facilities are not complete. I need a kettle (including purified water, kettle, glass, coffee cup, coffee, etc., it is a set) The bed was quite big, and it was only covered with sheets, so I asked for a blanket. There is a special reclining chair, which is formed in one piece and is quite comfortable to lie on. There are tables and sofas similar to those in a fast food restaurant, but there is no power supply nearby. There is a streamlined dressing table at the door of the bathroom, with a hair dryer and a power supply, so I can barely work there. If you agree on the time for breakfast in advance, it will be delivered directly to the room the next day. If you don’t ask, no one will bother you or clean the room. I don’t have a room card, so I might have locked it myself when I went out, and asked the waiter to open the door when I came back (I didn’t understand Filipino English very well) Cockroaches were found in the room. Summary: The room is large, the service is order-based, and it is suitable for people with cars.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. Had a wonderful staycation at Savoy Hotel Manila. Appreciated the effort of one of the room attendant named Ian Laurente for being amiable and always available to assist us with any requests. Room was spotless and well maintained. We also enjoy the whole night relaxing with a great view. Will definitely go back again

Stayed one night after visiting Boracay. I emailed them in advance and asked them to pick me up at the airport. It was room of coral wing of bottom category that stayed, but area and comfort are enough, too. There were 2 toilets. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a room on the sea side or the fountain side, so I chose the fountain side. After 6:00 p.m., we could see the fountain show that was held every hour from the living room and bathroom of the room. I can't hear the sound that much. The good points of the room are the large space for luggage, where you can go directly from the entrance, where there is a dresser with bright lights, where there is a non-slip at the bottom of the wide bathtub, where there is a bench in the shower room, And so on. The amenity has a good scent and the air volume of the dryer is sufficient. The touch of the bathrobe was also good. I had an early flight the next morning, so I asked the concierge to arrange a grab for me. . It was a reliable service.

1st the location is very nice its in the vicinity of BGC near sm aura and market market 5mins walk . 2nd the Room is very clean no insect no bed bugs its a thumbs up 3rd the room rate ia very cheap.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 4th all the staff are very accomodating  The request has been granted for the higher floor city view . 5th i expected a little bit much for the breakfast How i wish next time  would have something better like longanisa or connbeef or even bacon.   What i ate for 7am was cold food. The scrbled egg was cold the rice is cold also the .  Good thing that time they have egg section where i requested to cooked new so i could eat hot breakfast.  I highly suggest this hotel to add oven toaster in their buffet breakfast area so. Everybody can  have toast bread without waiting too long .  Surely will booked ths again 😊🥰🥰 ohh lastly, the quality of the pillow and the bed is so nice i think its EMMA  brand  so comfy!!  Very very nice  Plus points for me.   They also have bathrobe 👌🏻🥰😊 so perfect! 3rd floor for buffet swimming and gym area which i also loved.

During my recent trip to Makati, I stayed at Abraham Manila. After a 4-hour bus ride from the province, arriving at Abraham Manila was a welcome break. I chose their double room, which was just right for my short stay in Manila. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax. If you're looking for affordable options, they also have dormitory accommodations. One of the best things about my stay was the water refills on the 7th floor, which was really handy. And having a dedicated working booth was great for getting work done remotely in a quiet space. The staff at Abraham Manila were amazing, always ready to help with anything I needed. Plus, the hotel's location in Poblacion, Makati, was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to explore, making it easy to find something new to try each night.
