The room size is suitable for two people with large luggage. The room and bathroom are clean, and they have pajamas, towels, hand wash, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I always stay here when I'm on a business trip. It's very close to Nagoya Station. The rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the bathroom is very spacious. There's also a Lawson convenience store right downstairs. The only downside is the lack of an in-house breakfast; instead, they partner with a fast-food restaurant downstairs and provide meal vouchers. It is within a 10-minute walk from Nagoya station. Lawson is just next to the hotel, which makes it really convenient to grab food, etc. As in all typical Japanese hotels, the room is compact, with sufficient storage. The double bed is smaller than the usual size, so it doesn't really make for a comfortable sleep for 2 adults.

The triple room is really small for 3 people. You’ll need to figure out how to open your suitcases. There is no air con at night (only heater). If it's too hot for you, you will need to open the window, but it may be a bit noisy if you’re sensitive to noise.

This is a brand new hotel with excellent facilities. While the room isn't huge, the bathroom is superior to others, featuring a proper wet/dry separation. All the services were good too. My only minor disappointment was breakfast. Their breakfast is a set meal from the Matsuya restaurant next door, which wasn't as varied or tasty as the buffet-style Japanese breakfasts you typically find elsewhere. This was the only drawback.

Strategic location with easy access to most places (Lawson at next door/ 5mins to Big Camera / 10mins to Taikori Entrance, Nagoya Station/ 15mins to AEON Max Value Supermarket/ 15mins to Noritake Garden..) Thanks hotel team to accommodate my room request at 18 floor with nice view (subject to availability upon check-in). Spacious room with comfy bed, chiller and a humidifier!! The bathroom is attached with bathtub and you can get the toiletries at Reception area!! There are plenty of restaurants/ Izakaya nearby. This 3 star hotel is super value for money and reception staffs can speak good English !!
