The hotel is conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from Tsubogawa Monorail Station and under 10 minutes from Naha Bus Terminal. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk to Kenchomae (Prefectural Office) and the entrance of Kokusai Dori. There are several convenience stores and a supermarket nearby, plus a Don Quijote (Donki) right downstairs. Overall, its location makes getting around very easy. The hotel lobby, located on the fifth floor, is quite spacious and features a terrace, a gym, and a children's play area. Having stayed at other hotels of the same brand, I'm generally pleased with their in-room amenities. The room I booked this time featured two single beds and a sofa bed, making it perfect for three adults. It was well-equipped with a washer/dryer combo, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and more. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, exactly as depicted in the photos. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a typical Japanese size, with just enough space to open two suitcases. Transportation is convenient: Hokugawa Station is just 200 meters to the left upon exiting the hotel, and Naha Bus Terminal is a 5-6 minute walk along a small path diagonally to the right. There's a Don Quijote store downstairs, which was super convenient for shopping and restocking supplies. Additionally, a fresh food supermarket is located not far from the hotel. You can borrow cooking utensils to cook in the room, though I didn't get a chance to try it.

The views are lovely, and having a washing machine in the room was incredibly convenient. The bed was a little on the small side, but it was perfectly acceptable, and the room itself was a good size. All other facilities were well-equipped, and both the downstairs rooftop terrace and the restaurant offered wonderful views. It's not particularly close to the city center, and bus stops aren't within easy walking distance. However, it's very convenient to take a taxi to the city center, with fares starting around 35 RMB. Highly recommended.

The room offered good space, and the family room is perfect for a family of four. Having a washer-dryer combo in the room is incredibly convenient, and it did a great job cleaning our clothes. Plus, there's a Don Quijote store downstairs, which makes shopping super easy.

The room was indeed on the smaller side, but we opted for twin beds which we pushed together, and that worked out perfectly. A major plus was having a washing machine and a microwave, which was incredibly convenient for our 8-day trip to Japan. We could wash our clothes after wearing them, and they'd be dry by the following night. The Don Quijote downstairs was super convenient for buying food, souvenirs, and drugstore items. We often grabbed milk, eggs, and bread there for breakfast. If we came back early, we could also browse around Don Quijote to walk off our meal. The desk in the room was handy for both work and breakfast. It's relatively close to Kokusai Dori, about a 20-minute walk, and the Prefectural Office is practically a 10-minute walk away, so transportation access is quite good. The toiletries provided were also of good quality. Downstairs, next to the lobby, there's coffee and an ice maker. Grabbing a cup before heading out in the morning could save us 500 yen.

Excellent hotel for those who planning to travel with family especially with kids, locations is excellent, got a playroom for kids to running around, room is cozy and big enough, and they also have washing machines inside your room so you don’t have to go back and forth if you plan to wash and dry your clothes before travelling back to your home

It's about a 20-minute walk from Kokusai-dori, which felt a bit far. However, its location in the same building as Don Quijote makes shopping super convenient. Plus, there are Family Mart and 7-Eleven nearby, and the monorail station is just a 5-minute walk away. Room 725 only offered a peek of the river view, which was a slight letdown. The river view pictured was actually taken from the lobby.

The hotel's location is very convenient. There's a supermarket downstairs, and having a washing machine was a great convenience. My only complaint is that the swimming pool was closed, and I'm not sure why – otherwise, the kids would have loved to use it. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal, and the room was also quite spacious.

The location is fantastic, right next to Tsubogawa Subway Station, and bus stops are also super convenient. The best part is Don Quijote (Donki) is right downstairs. It's incredibly well-stocked, and we could even buy fresh groceries to cook ourselves. The hotel offers a full set of kitchenware for rent, which truly let us indulge in Wagyu beef as much as we wanted. I would definitely come back here again if I have the chance.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in every aspect! **Location:** The location is superb, right by Tsubogawa Monorail Station and just a 5-minute walk to the bus terminal. There's a Don Quijote store conveniently located on the ground floor, and a local supermarket just one block away. **Facilities:** The hotel is modern and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious, allowing me to easily open my 28-inch suitcase. Guests can borrow kitchen utensils from the front desk for simple meals. Each room comes equipped with a microwave and a washing machine, complete with laundry detergent. **Cleanliness:** The room was spotlessly clean. Do note that for stays of two days, they only replace towels and empty the trash bins, without performing a full room clean. (However, this seems to be a common practice in Naha hotels for short-term stays, where only towels are refreshed.) **Service:** Exceptional! The staff were incredibly accommodating, always happy to assist with any requests, and consistently friendly and welcoming. **Environment:** Very pleasant. Despite its close proximity to the monorail line and a main road, the room was remarkably quiet.

The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 3-minute walk from Yui Rail Tsubogawa Station, 6 minutes from Naha Bus Terminal, and about 13 minutes on foot to Kenchomae (Prefectural Office) Station. It's also a common meeting point for day tours and right at the entrance to Kokusai Dori (International Street). Naminoue Shrine is about a 20-minute walk away, and a short taxi ride can take you to Mie-Gusuku Port for boat trips or to Senaga Island. The room is spacious enough for two people and features a large window with beautiful sunset views. High-quality Pola bath amenities and a Refa hairdryer are provided and work very well. The room is also equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a washer-dryer combo, which is incredibly convenient. Complimentary disposable amenities can be picked up in the lobby, where free coffee is also available. The service is quite good; most front desk staff can communicate in English. They also offer complimentary luggage storage on the day of check-out.

The service staff were always helpful. Facility-wise, although the standard room was small, I am surprised to see that pots and a cooker can be loaned out at the counter. That is really something I have not seen in so many hotels, including the the 5 stars ones. I even managed to borrow a knife and a cutting board to cut apples in my room. A bit squeezy in the toilet for 2, but it is a hotel that has everything: a spray for your clothes if they smell upon returning to room, a shoe tongue, a little seat beside the shoe tongue for me to sit down while wearing my shoes, shoe cleaner/polish. All these items I don't see them in hotels outside Japan. There is also free coffee from coffee machine in lobby, and tea bags (at least 1 Japanese hotel don't supply coffee and tea in my trip)

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Tsubogawa Station of Yui Rail, very convenient to reach from Naha airport. Just downstairs is Don Quijote. Our stay is with breakfast, not a big variety of selection, though. The room is big enough and there is a washing machine inside the room for use.
