Asyana Gardens

Visited the place as family. Place is night, rooms are good. Things to consider is that it get very cold at night, need to eat indoors and have good sweaters. Highly recommended.

In Sanskrit Language, the word Asyana, can relate to sleep, rest, or residence. When i decided to write this review I'd group the experience from Asyana into the 3 categories and I'd settle with Residence since I never got to sleep there or rest after all it was a party no rest. I will write my review basing on 4 aspects that revellers look out for when visiting places like Asyanna. FOOD AND MEALS Score 4/5 Okay the food is good we got to pick the buffet options the only thing is that you cannot carry home meals which means you must finish it all there, it all makes sense because some people carry food from hotels and overstay with them leading to food poisoning which the hotel prevents this from happening. On food I have no issue at all. PARKING Score: 4/5 Parking is sufficient and there is additional parking in case spaces are full. Normally on weekdays there isn't much traffic in Asyanna parking as most customers are foot or drop and go customers. SECURITY/SCANNING Score is 2/5 There is room for improvement but right from the gate, we have no frisking at all up to the reception area next to the gazebos and field area. A malicious actor can decide to pretend they are going to the reception area only for them to idle around the play games area and decide to launch their nefarious activities over there not to forget there is no security present at the hall Named: Second which is just directly next to the parking. Someone can just sneak in and domicile themselves in the toilet and wait to attack others or cause God knows what to revellers. This should be looked into seriously. Frisk customers at the gate those on vehicles or on foot. Have the security scanner for passengers and only the driver should be allowed to enter the premises alone the rest should pass through a body scanner at the gate area. The guards do make trips around the premises which is quite commendable. BEVERAGES Score here is 3/5 I think the main attraction for many revellers to Asyanna is their no smoking or alcoholic drinks policy and kids play area and large venue space, which is good and conducive for adults with kids and those who don't do the alcoholic and smoking thing and it's also good for kids seeking to have some fun and picking up good behaviours from other adults. But the thing with Asyanna is you need to come prepared to drink lots of water out there before you come to Asyanna. You will either cough money to buy water sold cheaply outside but expensive in Asyanna or die of thirst unless you choose to drink washroom water which is not quite advisable. You can offer boiled water which is from refill service for customers those who may wish to partake of it. My overall score of Asyanna is 3/5. There is room for improvement. Sharlene and Florence at the hotel reception area were kind and hospitable to us they deserve recognition. Also the waiters at second hall.

We stayed here for new year (31-2nd). The rooms were beautiful and spacious with a beautiful balcony view. It felt like home. The kids loved the rooms and the expansive serene space with a variety of activities. I loved the overall ambience and beauty. And to top it all I was given a gift hamper on check out, a first in all my hotel stays across the world! It was the only hotel in the area I could get a family room with an adjoining room for the kids!

Ambience 10/10 I would give Customer service 0/10- from a waiter by the name Sammy- very arrogant - bullying customers and rushing them to eat and make payment. I did not enjoy at all. Left the place very angry. He continued passing around and laughing even after frustratinf us. This is unacceptable

Beautiful and lovely environment, neat rooms with beautiful balcony view and comfortable furniture, clean swimming pool, friendly and engagive staff, ideal for dates, staycations and video/photography shoots. I'd definitely visit again 💯💯❤

The electricity is unrealiable we ordered food pork chops and mataha X 2, kienyeji chicken and chips and after 45 minutes the service girl came and told us we cannot get what we have ordered because she can't post the oder. So it really annoyed us and we were told to oder snack's samosa and chips only to get one set of somosas burnt. I asked for the supervisor and there was no response making it very unprofessional. The rest of the food was awful too. We sat table 1041
