She carefully understood our itinerary and needs from the check-in, and took the initiative to recommend us the surrounding food and attractions that cannot be missed. What touched me even more was that after learning that it was my birthday that day, she secretly prepared a beautiful warm cup and a handwritten greeting card for me. This unexpected surprise made me feel warm. Because there were a lot of things and I was in a hurry, my ID card was left in the hotel. I called the front desk to ask if it was left in the hotel. I got the news that it was left in the room, but it was inconvenient to rush back to the high-speed rail to get so many luggage. At this time, Ms. Chen Ling ran all the way to deliver our ID card! I also gave me a simple breakfast. Thank you very much. This stay is not only a simple rest trip, but also a touch of the soul. This stay is definitely the great experience. Very clean and comfortable. Firstly the room is stylish with comfortable atmosphere. Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.

The room is very new, very close to Vientiane City, the toiletries are very good, the hand soap smells very good, and the breakfast is very rich. The parking lot is large and parking is free. It is very convenient to stay here when driving to Nanchang. Nanchang Ferris Wheel is right next to Impression City

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

We used the hotel for a quick stopover. Location is brilliant, right across the road from Teng Pavillon and only a quick Taxi ride to the major sights. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was awesome, also considering the relatively low price. There were salad, fruits, bread, cold cuts, cheese, chinese dishes, variety of eggs, noodles typical steamed items etc. so both Chinese and Western selections. The rooms are not new, but were absolutely clean (no carpet in the room), everything worked properly and it suits the price - considering the hotel location it is a very good deal.

The room is very comfortable and the hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to Wanshou Palace, Tengwang Pavilion and Dashuyuan and can be reached by walking. The service attitude of the hotel is also very good. They are willing to provide help. They are smiling and friendly everywhere they go. The hotel's toothbrush is the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. It doesn't bleed when I brush it. They all want to connect. The candies at the front desk are also delicious. Facilities: The smart toilet is stupid, I just closed it while I was sitting on it! He was lifted up and knocked on my back after a while! The flush is not sensitive, I have to press the button on the side twice to re-cover the toilet before flushing... Hygiene: It's okay, the shower water is very flush, and the room cleaning is also very good. Environment: There is a road construction near the hotel, but it does not hinder taxis. The corridor is extremely hot! ! ! ! The building where the hotel is located is for public use, and the other side of the first floor is being renovated. Service: Ctrip booked check-out before 14:00, but when I returned to the hotel at 13:00 on the day of check-out, my room card could no longer be used. I contacted the front desk and told them to check out at 12:00... Thank you to the cleaning staff in the corridor for helping me open the door to get my luggage, and the hotel front desk was not clear yet. Does the guest room have a shower cap? It's hard to get one. The hotel breakfast has very few varieties and the restaurant is very small. It's better to go outside and find a restaurant to eat mixed noodles.

Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3.
