"This was an unexpectedly satisfying stay. The room on the 64th floor offered views of Tengwang Pavilion, and it was clean and tidy. I had some reservations after reading previous reviews, but choosing Ruixi was definitely the right decision.
**Location:** Excellent. All the attractions in the old town, snack streets, and restaurants are nearby, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride away.
**Breakfast:** The mixed rice noodles were absolutely incredible, I think even better than what you find outside! I could easily eat two bowls!
**Facilities:** They are certainly a bit older. The bed linens look quite worn, but they are clean.
**Service:** Every staff member I encountered greeted me, which was very welcoming. During breakfast, staff even asked what I'd like to drink and brought it to my table.
Overall, this was a fantastic accommodation experience for my Nanchang trip!"

"Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking.
Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing.
I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster.
But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here."

"I checked in on October 4th. The hotel is near Honggutan. After comparing prices, this one was indeed very good. We were traveling with our child and originally planned to go to Yichun to soak in hot springs, but the weather during the National Day holiday was like summer, so we had to give up. To make up for that, we specifically chose a bathtub room. The room provided two bath bags, which was reassuring. The bathtub was huge, and the kids were very happy. I was initially worried that the facilities might be a bit old, but apart from a slight leak in the toilet and shower, everything else was great. The TV even had VIP access. Overall, it was a very good stay, and the front desk service was also good."

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel in Nanchang, and the location is fantastic – right across from the subway station. The room was well-cleaned and even came with disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes, which was a nice touch. The in-room smart assistant was also super convenient to use. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge or particularly lavish, the Nanchang-style mixed noodles were absolutely delicious and just as good as what you'd find outside. I also appreciated that you need to use your room card to access the elevators, which made me feel very secure. Definitely recommend it; I'd choose to stay here again on my next trip to Nanchang!

GGuest UserOur stay with the kids was fantastic! The front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful. We had a great view of Xianghu Lake from across the street, and the room was spacious enough for the children to move around comfortably. We felt completely safe and the cleanliness was impeccable. Getting around was also very convenient. The staff were super friendly towards the little ones and patiently answered all our questions. Our whole family had such a comfortable stay, I definitely recommend it for families with children!

Getting around was efficient with the subway, reaching Bayi Square directly in just 15 minutes. There's a Hema supermarket downstairs for groceries, and the self-parking spots come with EV charging stations. Plus, there's a laundry room available.

GGuest UserThe hotel is one of the high-end hotels in the city. The cost for one-night stay actually was very reasonable by U.S. standards. It offers shower and jacuzzi in the room and very comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast was also included. The front desk and concierge offered tremendous help with friendliness and sincerity.
Their service afterwards was also impressive. The front desk made an error with my U.S. credit card. Instead of using it as a deposit, he mistakenly placed a charge on it. After I returned to the U.S. I got an urgent message from trip.com to ask me to contact the hotel right away via WeChat. I got the credit back in a week with very timely follow up from the lobby service manager Andy.
I definitely will stay in this hotel next time for my visit of Nanchang.

It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to attractions like Tengwang Pavilion, the Provincial Museum, and Wanshou Palace, and only 40 minutes from the airport. Plus, you can walk to the riverside park in just a few minutes. Behind the hotel, there's a residential area packed with restaurants, noodle shops, convenience stores, supermarkets, fruit stands, and even street food vendors at night – it's incredibly handy!
I had a river view room, and the sunset views were absolutely stunning, with the Ferris wheel visible in the distance. The room amenities were decent; while the decor might not be the latest trend and leans a bit towards an older, opulent style, it didn't detract from the stay at all.
The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a great variety of Nanchang specialties like soup noodles, mixed noodles, Wagan soup, and white sugar cakes. The dining area was also quite spacious.
The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. When checking in with my child, they even provided a kids' amenity kit. Before I arrived, a package was delivered, and the front desk kindly signed for it. They also delivered my takeout orders directly to my room. When one of my takeout orders got mixed up by the delivery robot, a staff member tracked it down and personally brought it to my room. I even had something delivered to the hotel from Taobao, and the front desk accepted it and helped arrange onward shipping to my final destination (though I paid the shipping fee), which was truly excellent service.
And let's not forget the swimming pool – the water was really clean – and the well-equipped gym. If I ever go back to Nanchang, I'll definitely stay here again.

I like the room very much. It is very clean. The environment here is good and the price/performance ratio is very good. I recommend everyone to stay here next time. If you come to Jiangxi, you should stay in this hotel

She handled the check-in process smoothly and efficiently, thoughtfully informing me about nearby facilities. Her attitude was gentle and attentive, and she never showed any impatience. AAnonymous UserWe came from Hubei for tourism, and since the kids wanted to see the Ferris wheel, we booked this hotel. The decor was very unique; the piano in the lobby looked very stylish, and there was also a small children's playground that the kids couldn't resist. The book bar also had a great atmosphere! The rooms were newly renovated and looked very comfortable and cozy, with no strong odors. The facilities were complete. 👌🏻 The front desk even upgraded our room for free. Xiao, the receptionist, was very enthusiastic and patiently answered all our questions. 👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserVery centric and fancy hotel, a good value and comfortable stay. The suite is huge, you get 2 bathrooms, a living room and the bedroom. They gave us the room a bit earlier than check-in time and although they took a while with our passports, they were very nice overall. Same as everywhere, be ready with the translator apps.
