"Traveling with family to Guilin during the May Day holiday for my child's spring break, Nanchang was our first stop and this hotel was the first on our trip. I must say, we were very satisfied! 👍 The location is unbeatable, right next to Tengwang Pavilion. The hotel arranged rooms for us where one had a view of Bayi Bridge and the other overlooked Tengwang Pavilion – that alone made it worth it. Even though our child is a junior high student, over 160cm tall, the kind front desk lady still offered us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was excellent too. My partner is quite particular, a bit of a clean freak, and a light sleeper, so if she's happy, it really means it's super nice. Highly recommended! If we get a chance to visit Nanchang again, we'll definitely choose Reyi."

"Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking.
Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing.
I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster.
But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here."

GGuest UserWe held our workshop in the third-floor meeting room, and had a group dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. In our free time, we used the fitness facilities to relax. Getting around was efficient with the subway, reaching Bayi Square directly in just 15 minutes. There's a Hema supermarket downstairs for groceries, and the self-parking spots come with EV charging stations. Plus, there's a laundry room available.

Cleanliness: The entire place was spotless, and daily cleaning was very prompt.
Environment: It meets the Crowne Plaza standard, and the location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from the Line 4 subway exit.
Service: We received a welcome gift upon check-in, and the butler service was very attentive and responsive.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely be back.

It's easy to reach attractions like Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and Wanshou Palace by taxi. There are also plenty of breakfast spots in the vicinity. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They even gave a small gift upon check-out.

Moreover, the sound insulation effect is not very good. The noise from upstairs at night really affects my sleep. But the overall hygiene and environment are very good. MMilton_leeI was super satisfied with my trip to Nanchang! My friend was getting married there, so I chose the Sheraton Hotel, as it's a well-known five-star hotel and I trusted it. I checked in quite late, but the service was still excellent. I had a river view room and could see the Pavilion of Prince Teng directly from it – the view was absolutely fantastic! Even though it wasn't a sunny day, I could still see the pavilion right there. The king-size bed was also very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. I also used the hotel's swimming pool and gym, both of which were top-notch. Oh, and the Nanchang mixed noodles at breakfast were delicious! I didn't even need to go out to find them; I could get them right at the hotel.

GGuaishouchaozhengdianI stayed at this hotel for the first time. The location is excellent. The view of the Lijiang River is wide. The hotel is a very novel architectural style in the Song Dynasty. It is a hotel that has just opened. The room still has a little taste, but other aspects are very good. Xiaozhi Xiaoxu at the front desk service is very good and helped me upgrade the room type [screaming teeth]

SSiqiwangluoqijiandianCEOI had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent; there's a gym and a self-service laundry room on the 5th floor, so you can easily work out while your laundry is being done – two birds with one stone! The provincial museum and science museum are also just a 15-minute walk away. It was very convenient to have food deliveries sent to my room by a robot. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The elevators were clean and operated quickly. My room was cozy, spacious, and very comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the temperature just right, so I had a fantastic night's rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, I had a very good experience.

GGuest UserI checked in on October 4th. The hotel is near Honggutan. After comparing prices, this one was indeed very good. We were traveling with our child and originally planned to go to Yichun to soak in hot springs, but the weather during the National Day holiday was like summer, so we had to give up. To make up for that, we specifically chose a bathtub room. The room provided two bath bags, which was reassuring. The bathtub was huge, and the kids were very happy. I was initially worried that the facilities might be a bit old, but apart from a slight leak in the toilet and shower, everything else was great. The TV even had VIP access. Overall, it was a very good stay, and the front desk service was also good.

GGuest UserVery centric and fancy hotel, a good value and comfortable stay. The suite is huge, you get 2 bathrooms, a living room and the bedroom. They gave us the room a bit earlier than check-in time and although they took a while with our passports, they were very nice overall. Same as everywhere, be ready with the translator apps.
