I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's proximity to a subway station made getting around incredibly convenient. Being newly renovated, the hotel was impeccably clean. The smart controls throughout the room were intuitive and easy to operate, making adjusting the lighting and curtains a breeze. The layout was well-designed; the sleeping and sofa areas were effectively separated from the living space, giving it the feel of a mini-suite. Thoughtful details were evident everywhere, such as the retractable clothesline, which conveniently solved any drying needs. Truly considerate! The room facilities were new and practical, even boasting a Dyson hairdryer. The charming room decor added a lovely, cozy touch. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and was a truly pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Choosing this hotel for my Fuzi Miao visit in Nanjing was an excellent decision! Its location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk from the subway exit and a mere 10-minute stroll to the Qinhuai River for those beautiful night cruises. No need to battle traffic!
A special shout-out to the front desk staff who were incredibly efficient during check-in. They even proactively upgraded me to a high-floor river-view room! Peeking out the window to see the lights reflecting on the Qinhuai River instantly cured all my travel weariness.
The bedding in the room was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring I woke up feeling completely recharged. The bathroom was immaculately clean with a great wet/dry separation, and I particularly loved the soft-lit vanity mirror, which made putting on makeup so easy.
The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and diverse. I especially enjoyed the freshly prepared duck blood vermicelli soup, which was both authentic and wonderfully warming. The service staff were always attentive and ready to help, proactively assisting with luggage storage and recommending fantastic local snack spots.
When I bring my family to Nanjing next time, this will absolutely be our hotel of choice!

The hotel is located near Gulou Square, with good geographical location and convenient transportation. It is close to Zifeng Tower, Shiziqiao Food Street and Wuyue Plaza, which can meet various food needs. Xuanwu Lake Park is also not far away. The only problem is that it is not easy to find. You have to come in from the alley leading to the north campus of Gulou Hospital and have the same front desk as GreenTree Inn. The hotel is newly renovated, and its style is similar to that of a certain season. I booked a 1.5-meter king-size bed room, and the front desk lady helped me upgrade it to a 1.8-meter king-size bed room for free. The room is generally comfortable, of a suitable size, and the bed is also comfortable. The only drawback is that the bathroom door opens right in front of the toilet, which is a bit cramped. The glass door of the shower room does not block water very well, so there is water all over the floor after taking a shower. There is also no marking on the switch panel to control anything, so turning on and off the lights is like opening a blind box every time. Overall, I am quite satisfied!

CChuntianrannaifenBooked this place for a business trip to Nanjing and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with a large bay window offering excellent natural light. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

GGuest UserThe RV we booked has a separate RV barbecue area. The RV is clean and sanitary. The upper and lower bunks for children are narrow but also very delicate, clean, and safe. They are soft-padded and the children like them very much. The outdoor environment is particularly good, with a small train, a cruise ship, and a children's play area. The scenic area is relatively large, and the room service is also great. You can call the front desk at any time to arrange a sightseeing bus to pick you up.

DDidiaoThe service needs to be improved. Before entering the room, mineral water and slippers were placed on the floor at the door, and you had to pick them up yourself. To be honest, I have never seen such a thing in any hotel I have stayed in. Also, the night light in the room I stayed in occasionally flickered, probably because it was broken. Other aspects were ok, the room decoration style was good, and the decoration was quite new.

As it was my first stay here, I found the overall experience to be great. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway station, and taxis are easily accessible. CChenyuaneryi。For my trip to Nanjing, I specifically chose this Atour Hotel. I inquired about a room upgrade, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a river view room. It was truly fantastic; I had a direct view of the Qinhuai River right from my room! Ever since checking in, I found myself constantly peeking out the window to people-watch, haha! The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with the Imperial Examination Museum, Jiangnan Gongyuan, and Nanjing Impressions (a famous local restaurant) all within about 200 meters. What a great spot! This stay was definitely worth every penny! The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly; once I lay down, I didn't want to get up. For breakfast, I highly recommend trying the Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup, Xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), and rice cakes... (And if you're in a rush, you can even grab items to go! I took a coffee with me, haha!)

GGrace CallejaMy 82 year old mom, sister and myself booked a 2BR suite at this place for 3nights and 4 days. We were in Nanjing for a leisurely vacation from the Philippines. The place is very unassuming. A modest entrance and lobby but the room, beddings, towels, bathrobes, toiletries and even slippers were top-notch!. Loved the scent of their shampoo and body wash. The suite itself and the rooms were very spacious. Even the toilets are spacious! My mom even chided that it was tiring to walk from one room to the other! The rooms and toilets were equipped with automatic curtains and blinds. Although most of the staff could barely speak any English, everyone was very kind, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet that is packaged with the room stay was also superb! So many choices despite few guests. It was mostly a spread of Chinese dishes but I couldn't ask for more! There is a free laundry room in the building! There is a small convenience store and a Luckin Coffee at the ground floor of the building. It is also very easy to get a taxi just outside the building. Added Bonus: this place is just a few steps away from the famous Librairie Avant-Garde (the IG worthy bookstore). Overall, I love Suning Universal Hotel All-Suites! I highly recommend it to all travelers who plan to visit Nanjing. Attached photo is taken from the ground floor of the hotel.

MM896076****I was on a business trip to Nanjing, and my company's reimbursement wasn't very high. Upon arriving, I quickly searched for this hotel. Seeing it was newly renovated and reasonably priced, it seemed like a good fit. I booked and arrived at the hotel. Check-in was quick, the service was friendly and attentive, the room was clean, and nearby restaurants were convenient! It's a great place to stay for business trips, and the hotel room manager is incredibly helpful! I've recommended it to friends, and the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
