Holiday Inn Hotels in Nanjing

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is located in a very busy part of the city, the room we had was very quiet and we couldn't hear any traffic noise. This hotel is very near to the tourist attraction, Fuzimiao and one can find all sorts of local foods to sample in the vicinity. Another good thing is the entrance to Fuzimiao metro is short distance away.

Holiday Inn has the best location! I stayed in for a night and went to sleep super early, around 8. The night street market is in the vicinity, which is great if you're either a solo traveler or a foreigner who's unfamiliar speaking Chinese. Plus, the hotel was clean and quiet! Oh, I almost forgot to tell you! On the first floor of the connected building, there's a coffee shop called Lurkin' Coffee. You can get iced coffee there and start your morning with. Less than 5 mins to nanjing railway station. Via taxi.

The hotels are located near the style department zone and close to exit no.2 of Guangzicun station. I stayed there on the last day of the year, December 31st, 2023, and the hotel was fully booked. However, I did not experience any uncomfortable events. The breakfast was excellent, with a proper international buffet compared to other Chinese hotels. Overall, I would return and stay on a higher floor for a good view.

The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room is spacious. The only downside is that the room temperature is centralized, and it became quite warm during our stay (with outside temperatures ranging from 18-22°C, while the room temperature was 22-25°C). However, the hotel staff swiftly rectified the issue by providing us with an air cooler and offering complimentary breakfast. Additionally, they gifted us fruits upon check-out. The service was truly superb. One thing to note is that the hotel is located far from the city, about a 45-minute car ride from the main tourist attractions.

The check-in experience was great. When I checked in for the first time, they helped me upgrade my room type, registered me as a member, and gave me free breakfast. They also reminded me that when I registered as a member for the first time, four bottles of drinks in the mini bar were given for free. Although I don't usually drink drinks, this kind of thought and warmth made me feel very comfortable. It happened that the weather was bad these few days, with rain and snow in Nanjing, but every time I entered the hotel lobby, I felt extra warm, especially when I met the lobby manager who smiled very kindly and patiently helped me (I didn't even ask his name), I felt it was worth staying again next time.

A very satisfying stay! I would especially like to praise the front desk staff and the guest service manager, who have a very good attitude. A family of three originally booked two king-size rooms, which were upgraded to a two-bedroom, one-living room suite. The room is spacious and bright, with a super king-size bed. It is very comfortable and safe to stay in! There is an outlet shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating. I will definitely stay here again next time!
