Room is very good and clean. But front desk was inexperienced, made a mistake with our reservation and delayed our check-in. They compensated by providing frozen fruits which is alright. Overall, still a wonderul experience.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a fantastic AI home system. We loved the room's design, which also came with a convenient washer-dryer combo.
The only drawback was the location, which was a bit far from the city center. We had to walk about 15 minutes to reach the nearest subway station. Additionally, there weren't many dining options nearby, so we often relied on food delivery services like ******* on colder days.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!"

Amazing place that’s super clean and spacious. Service apartment lobby was slightly hard to find as we arrive in the middle of the night and there was no clear signs to indicate the lobby and as it is relatively new, our taxi driver didn’t know the place either.
However this place exceeded expectations in all other areas. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was welcoming and there are food stores and convenience stores all within walking distance. There is a security post right outside the lobby with a 24hr guard which is very assuring and it feels safe to walk around the area even at night. Also easy to order food deliveries and they can come up to deliver right to your door.
Would definitely stay again if I’m back around the area.

I stayed at Western Apartments, and it was a very good experience. The staff were nice and helpful. They made me feel welcome. The check-in process was easy. They answered my questions quickly.
The apartment was clean and big. It had everything I needed. The furniture was simple and comfortable. It was very quiet, which made it a nice place to relax.
The location was great. It was close to restaurants, shops, and transport. It was easy to get around.
