（先説明不是託 j人真誠推薦）房間很乾凈 隔音也不錯 25年新開的 我也是在攜程臨時選擇的一家 沒想到地理位置挺好的 在房間可以看到玄武湖 來的第一天就坐了一站去玄武湖逛了一圈 樓下就是新模範馬路地鐵站 很方便 去紅山動物園兩個站玄武湖一個站 走去江西路也衹需要十分鐘（一條馬路都是吃的）另外酒店可以點到茶顏悦色！幾乎想吃的都能點到 打車去要去的地方基本上也是十幾分鐘左右的路程 這個位置工作日打車到棲霞山很快（週六日人就太多了）另外樓下也有公交車站 從博物院出來後可以坐公交直達酒店樓下的公交車站～

酒店位置非常優越，意想不到走兩三八鐘就可以從一個不起眼入口到城墻和玄武湖公園
房間潔淨，枕頭被鋪潔白如新，佈置格局平實雅緻，尤其喜歡那面望到玄武湖的窗，令人很是放鬆
不能用酒店設施去比較，因為說句實話是民宿型的酒店，在此給我小小的建議，如果房間可設置瓦杯而不是紙杯，在冬天對旅人想熱個自攜咖啡或茶是比較方便
服務方面，打從心底感激賈先生及太太，因為知道我不懂國內的規條，入住需要在網易登記，賈先生非常耐心幫助，遊玩後再回房間，賈太太也主動再教我用 QR code 開門，退房時也送上我一瓶水，物輕情重
都說酒店是硬件，人是軟件，絕對可影響客人的感受，在此再次感謝倆位的照顧！

真的很驚喜，在南京這個價位能住到這麼好的酒店，裏面的設施設備都很新很智能，床品也很好，窗子可以直接看到玄武湖，而且位置就在地鐵站附近，去哪裡都很方便，老闆人也很好，還給我升級了房型，來南京住了很多酒店都沒有這家好。

房間很舒服 設施方面也非常完善，空調製冷效果好，衞生間的水壓穩定，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品的品質也很高。
最讓我滿意的還是酒店的服務，從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到服務人員，有求必應，響應速度很快，讓人覺得特別舒心，而且酒店離各大景點很近 交通很方便 旅行很舒服

我想對去南京旅行住的這家酒店説超級超級超級超級喜歡，房間也許不是特別大，但是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，第一天晚上住的滿意，所以果斷決定第二天續租，續租的時候老闆，也很細心的把衞生都打掃乾淨，並且及時幫我們補充了生活用品，走的時候非常不捨得南京這座城市，玩的很開心，住的很開心，感謝下次來南京還會來這家住哦～～

很不錯交通也很方便 大家第一次去酒店定位新立基大廈就到門口了 房間是可以看到玄武湖的 房間佈置也很乾凈整潔 感覺房間也可以拍出來美美的照片。 就是洗手間那個台階容易打滑腳底有水的時候 沒有門卡還是一點點🤏不太方便每次開關門都要摁那個 房間總體來説走廊不隔音 但是外面車流的聲音關上窗户是聽不到的。 那個床和枕頭很舒服 我比較喜歡這個回彈性好的 那個護髮素很不錯👍 我反正頭髮洗的時候順順的 一整個很贊 這次南京行很開心 不論吃的住的玩的都很滿意😀

這次住的房間超出預期！裝修是清爽的淺色調，床特別軟乎，純白床品摸起來質感很好，睡了個好覺。窗户視野開闊，白天陽光灑進來很温馨，連窗簾的遮光效果都很到位。設施齊全且無磨損，能感覺到是用心維護的，下次來還會選這裏。
