房間非常好，江景無敵！希望早餐果汁品種更多一些。服務是挺好的！大堂乾淨，而且工作人員很熱情！還有江豚的説明，比較適合做自然教育的營地。附近就是江邊，還有一些户外小童樂園設施

團購很划算。這個價格能住希爾頓確實可以。可以在南京行一開始安排住宿，最後換到市區，要不然下班高峯期打車火車站實在堵車+太遠。這2天打車來回景區吃飯，費用也200多了。
服務：打車到酒店沒人幫忙拿行李。衹有最後離店那天前廳負責人大概，親自詢問服務幫忙拿行李，底下服務工作意識啊……
餐廳沒到10點就開始收餐，餐廳經理看到提醒我，但沒想到服務員看到客人拿餐也不避開直接放入推車上。這有多着急下班啊……
好評客房阿姨，很禮貌打招呼，詢問要水能及時給到。好評前廳租傘服務等，能及時提供。前廳小姑娘辦理入住安全意識強+細心。
環境：地理位置偏遠，離各大熱門景區遠。
設施：房間設施老舊，基礎電視機無投屏等智能化。好在房間陽台房望出去風景真的太美了。好在有游泳池，雖然有點小，但是對於這個季節帶娃家庭來説太好了，還有桑拿設施。

作為希爾頓酒店的會員客户，這是我在大城市享受的希爾頓最差的服務，可能入住是週末的原因，前台小姐姐非常不耐煩，晚上去吃了濱江燒烤（希爾頓）自營，服務也是差
還不如希爾頓歡朋系列的服務

必須贊一下Shine，到店前就主動聯繫，瞭解我的需求，並根據我的需要升級了江景，讓房間安排好小童用品，退房當天也主動聯繫，得知我的行程後幫忙辦理延遲退房，服務配得上五星級水平！
房間:非常乾淨，入住前已經準備好小童用品了，服務非常貼心！賓客中心響應很迅速，專業！
早餐: 入住時有會議，客人很多，但是餐品能及時補充，桌面清潔迅速，並不會因為人多而混亂。出品ok，中餐炒菜類不算多，有鴨血粉絲和陽春麪，好吃，整體偏西式。
交通:打車去夫子廟30分鐘內，不堵車，自駕和打車還是很方便的。面向長江，比起市中心的喧囂吵雜，我更追求住得舒適。
健身設施:泳池乾淨，配桑拿，就是泳池有點小，人多會有點遊不開。
最後提點小建議:攜程平台搜尋兩大一小，顯示不到標準房，親子房訂滿就搜不到了，我是通過平台的親子酒店推薦顯示的。還有就是，既然親子酒店，希望在訂房時提供兩大一小早餐價格，每次帶小孩早餐付費體驗不是很好。

入住這家酒店，最幸運的是遇到了Heidi！辦理入住時她一眼就記住了我們的名字，後續每次碰面都能準確問候，這種被重視的感覺特別好。她也為我們的行程提供了各種方便和幫助。酒店的房間看長江視野無敵，對面有一個渡江勝利紀念館，長者住在這裏非常滿意。

酒店就在外秦淮河入江口邊上。葱綠的樹叢生機勃勃，趁着濕熱的氣候瘋長；對面紀念館紅色的雕塑就像是平地而起的煙花；入江口上一道彎曲的虹橋，清晨滿是跑步的人，還有行色匆匆的電瓶車快速穿梭其間。
我也下去跑了步，路邊幾株紫薇長舒枝條，枝頭是白粉的花團，好像拋綉球的少女手臂；樹人中學圍牆上滿滿爬着凌霄，雖無美感，勝在一面綠牆上點綴着橙紅色的花朵，也算熱烈；水面上空盤旋着幾衹黑隼，飛的很平滑；虹橋下有一排指示燈柱，幾乎每根柱頭都蹲着一直縮頭縮腦的鷺鳥，一動不動的盯着水裡的動靜……加上騎車跑步的人，我感受到的是夏季的活力。
