房間整體面積不算大，衞生間空間還行，酒店位置出門挺方便，樓下有一些沿街小吃店；地鐵1號線步行10分鐘可達，去各個景點都方便。
有一點，衞生間反臭，房間空氣不好。

這個酒店是我住過體驗感最無語的酒店，五一期間溢價我們可以接受，相對提升的並不是服務或者什麼，反而在我們體驗南京旅遊帶來了最不歡快的感受，一：我們是三個女生住的標間，因為在外地不敢每個人單獨住宿覺得不安全，我們並沒有提出任何過分的請求，衹是在第二天一早起來需要多一支牙刷和兩瓶水，我們也住過五星級酒店，人家服務態度真的非常好。然而在這個沒有星級反而價格星級的酒店裡麪，我們僅僅因為要了一套洗漱用品反而被“懟”。二：上廁所發現了衞生紙不夠，打電話又要了一次衞生紙，被前來送衞生紙的保潔阿姨態度不好的“懟”到你們還有什麼要的一次性説完，語氣當中的不耐煩給我朋友嚇的不敢説話。我請問如果我們三個人沒有衞生紙了，在上廁所期間是不是應該出去買呢，還是説你們一直都有這樣的規定，客人花了錢衹能用僅配的兩支牙刷。我覺得以後要去南京旅遊的慎重考慮次酒店，到那人生地不熟的花錢再被嚇着了

賓館在大學門口，比較方便，設施一般，可能是公家的酒店，入住還是非常安靜的，也比較乾淨，有，賓館後面是一個大停車場，停車還是比較方便的！

位置挺好找離玄武湖和火車站都挺近。沿街的房間有雙窗，基本沒有噪音煩惱。前台大姐服務態度一般，算不上親切。電梯需要刷卡挺安全。
