I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!
The room was very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the bathroom's wet/dry separation and the separate washbasin, which added a lot of convenience. The smart curtains and lighting were also a great feature, and the in-room fridge was thoughtful, offering space for our own drinks. We felt very secure as elevator access required a room key card. The shower had excellent water pressure and an even spray, which was lovely. Its location near the South Station metro exit was fantastic, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore. Plus, there were plenty of great dining options right nearby.
Had a fantastic stay, as I was here to celebrate my birthday. I tried calling twice beforehand but couldn't get through. Since I hadn't informed them it was my birthday and I'm not a Hyatt member, I didn't receive any special birthday amenities. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a Le Residence Suite. The room was located on the second floor of the North Wing, at the very end of the corridor, making it a bit far from the elevator. The front desk explained that they were almost fully booked, so a room change wasn't feasible, which I understood. The 'Qing Yu An' cocktail at the lounge was excellent, and they also offered some hot food. Breakfast was incredibly rich, with many made-to-order items. For those from Northern China, the *doufunao* (savory tofu pudding) is a must-try, served with an authentic Northern-style savory broth. The freshly-prepared congee was also good, though I found it a bit too peppery. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and I'll definitely be back.

The hotel is super close to the station, just a 5-minute walk away. Ride-hailing services are also very convenient in the area. The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It offers great value for money too. They even made me a freshly brewed coffee before I checked out. Highly recommended for business trips.
While its proximity to 1701 is convenient for performances, the hotel's room rate feels quite steep. I have a significant complaint regarding the front desk service on that day. My food delivery arrived, but it wasn't promptly delivered to my room, ostensibly due to the delivery robot being unavailable. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went downstairs to retrieve it myself, only to find the front desk staff casually chatting and laughing. Despite both delivery robots being in the lobby, my order was simply left on a small table by the door and was never sent up. When I asked them directly, 'Why was my delivery just left there and not brought up?', the front desk staff remained silent, without even offering a single apology. This level of service certainly doesn't justify the room price.
Booked this place for a business trip to Nanjing and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with a large bay window offering excellent natural light. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service & Super Comfortable Stay – Would Definitely Come Back!
I only stayed one night at Ziyi Tianyue Nanjing South Railway Station Hotel, but the experience was so good that I genuinely wish I had stayed longer.
Right from the start, the service stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered free laundry service, and when I used the self-service machine at night, they still called my room once it was done. That level of thoughtfulness really made a difference.
Later that night, they even brought me free watermelon. It might seem like a small thing, but it was sweet (in every sense of the word) and made me feel truly looked after.
They also gave me a room upgrade, and when I asked for a late checkout due to my train schedule, they arranged it without hesitation. The whole experience felt warm, generous, and honestly worthy of a 5-star rating.
One thing that really impressed me was how considerate they were toward me as a foreign guest. Since I don’t have a Chinese phone number, they lent me theirs so I could order food delivery—something I didn’t expect at all and really appreciated.
A big shoutout to 小梅 and 小左 at the front desk. They were so kind and went above and beyond to help—from check-in to recommending great places to eat and visit in Nanjing. They truly made me feel welcome.
The room itself was great: clean, cozy, and equipped with modern features like a smart toilet, Xiaodu voice assistant, and even a robot that delivers food to your room. It felt high-tech but still very comfortable.
The only minor downside is that the hotel doesn’t have a gym—but honestly, with everything else being this good, especially for the price, it’s a very small thing.
Even though I only stayed one night, I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in Nanjing. Huge thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

GGuest UserTraveling to Nanjing, thinking that I hadn't turned around the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties, I stayed for one more day. Since the return trip is at the South Station, I chose to live in a place close to the station. The room is a basic apartment hotel, and the building is really not a loss.
📍 Location and Transportation:
The hotel is near the Yuhua living room, and Tianlong Temple of Metro Line 1 can be reached directly. The surrounding area is Yiyue City, with all the facilities. It is recommended to go out from Gate 2 and be close to the apartment.
🏠 Room Facilities:
The uncle at the front desk helped upgrade the room type for free, 1.5 changed to 1.8, praise!
The basic configuration is complete, but it is recommended to bring your own towels more convenient.
🍃 Service: Add uncle WeChat, basic online service, answer all questions. Open the door need to use a applet, and basically operate the apartment.
🛜 wifi: The connection is the room number, 8 passwords. However, naked wifi is also available in the apartment, and no password is required. The speed is OK, basically watching drama games is no problem.
📢 Sound insulation:
The soundproofing of the apartment hotel has always been the case, depending on the quality of the neighbors.
Overall a satisfactory living experience, it is recommended to come to play or couples to live.
2270338****My stay at Yifei was fantastic! I highly recommend it!
The location is very convenient, close to the subway and many shopping districts, and there's free parking for those driving. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the smart amenities, 24-hour laundry service, and fitness center were all very useful.
The service was exceptionally attentive. The front desk check-in was fast, and they proactively upgraded me to a quiet room. They responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and served from 6:30 AM, perfect for a busy schedule. The creative space in the lobby was also a great place to relax.
It's a great value for money and I'll definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserThe hotel is inside Nanjing South Railway Station, very close to the subway station. There is also a shopping mall nearby. The transportation is super convenient, the environment is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious.
Facilities: very new and good.
Hygiene: clean, hygienic, and tidy.
Environment: convenient transportation, very good.
Service: the service attitude is serious, warm and polite.
GGuest UserThe sanitation is very clean and the facilities are very good. Whether it is a projector computer or an electric toilet, bathroom mirror, there are also many snacks. There is a small refrigerator~ Takeaways are also delivered by a small robot. It is the kind that keeps me from being bored even if I stay in the room all day. There is nothing to say. It's awesome! I highly recommend~
GGuest UserI had a good stay at this hotel. The location was good. It was extremely clean and the amenities were modern. The only issue is that the walls are not soundproof and you can hear the other guests talking and there was a lot of noise coming from outside also late in the night.
Very good value for money hotel, just like returning home, the decoration is biased towards warm wind, the room is clean and tidy, very comfortable! Like the atmosphere of this hotel, quiet and comfortable. The room is large and comfortable, not small, well equipped and clean. The location of the hotel is good, the traffic is very convenient, there is a Kazimen subway a few hundred meters. The elevator swipes the card, the door has a password and Bluetooth unlock, it is very safe. In short, this is a great stay experience.
ZZuixuezhanyueI often choose Qingmu Hotel when I travel. This particular Qingmu location, true to the brand, offered a spotlessly clean environment and exceptionally friendly front desk service. I was especially impressed when my clothes were drying outside and it suddenly started raining; a staff member proactively helped bring them in. Much appreciated!
