We have a great 3-night stay here. It's a perfect base to explore Nanjing as it's close to subway station, thus, it is convenient to get to most tourist attractions. Staff are very helpful (in Chinese). The hotel is a little hidden away in the side ally, of a very busy tourist area. The windows are very good to Kee th noise down. Hotel is near to the main tourist attractions & a great deal of restaurants near by. The room is very comfortable to stay in. We stayed for 5 nights and very happy with our stay. Clean, elegant design with very functional bathroom facilities and ample sitting area.

The location neat the lake is great and also a Metro station is not far. The room's are completely smart. everything is controlled via an Ipad. That was a cool experience. The bad service rating is due o the bad room service that barely cleaned anything. But more negative was our experince at the reception. They became hyper cautious and nevous when they saw foreigners. They scaned our passports and took the obligatory pictures arround 10 times. That was pretty nervewrecking especially as the wanted us to endure this procedure everyday.
