Booked this hotel at late notice and I wasn't left disappointed. I needed to stay close to Nanning East Railway Station and the hotel was ideally located. The staff were helpful and polite upon arrival. My room was clean, spacious and tidy. I enjoyed the simplicity of the breakfast.

這個店真的很難評！服務談不上一點，前台很多人，但是沒什麼服務意識。第一個房間馬桶打開就是一根頭髮，打電話下去換房，第二個房間一進去衞生間就是一把頭髮，真的要崩潰！隔音也很差，要不是當天到的比較晚第二天要趕車真的想退。套餐裏的什麼下午茶也並沒有看到，還有選擇這個店就是看中了動車站接送服務，辦理入住時和前台預約時間，本人七點半的高鐵，想説六點五十齣發，結果前台説她們是六點半才發車，頓時疑惑了一下，那我六點五十齣發有什麼問題？後面解釋到是半個小時發車一次，好，我就改到了七點，前台也叫我們六點五十幾下來前台，結果第二天下來滿人了，前台也沒有任何的解決方案和解釋，衹有一個司機問還能不能等，等會兒回來接？我敢等嗎？既然預約了時間就應該把這個事情安排好，都超人了還這麼安排，這個時間預約來幹嘛呢？你可以前一天和我説這個點去的人滿了，考慮一下提前或延後，而不是我下來之後看着人滿為患的車懵逼一場，最後衹能自己默默掏出手機打車，這個服務真的大可不必！

離南寧東站近，而且有接送站服務，挺方便的。房間不大，但乾淨衞生。隔音效果一般。
酒店旁邊就有很多小飯店，早上還有早餐店，方便！
前台服務很好，晚上9點到店入住，前台還推薦了附近可以吃飯的地方。

和維也納是連體的。。看評價馬馬虎虎，去了之後才發覺有些差評真的是扯，什麼不安全不乾淨服務不好。。。不過門縫小卡片是真的多。反正覺得衞生很好，早餐種類也可以，早上還有送站服務，司機大哥技術嫻熟還負責。總結，值。

酒店很好，定了內窗，推薦我升級外窗，外窗的房間很大，可以看到南寧東站的景色，非常棒，酒店的熱水很快，床和枕頭睡的很舒服，早餐種類多也好吃，房間乾淨整潔，酒店還有免費接送南寧東站的巴士車，工作人員都很熱情貼心，非常滿意這次入住。
