This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel is located in the city center of the business district. Downstairs is the pedestrian street. It is very close to the subway station and the transportation is very convenient. The service is warm and thoughtful. When we checked in, they upgraded our room and recommended local specialties. They were very thoughtful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery. I like this hotel very much and will choose to stay again if I have the chance!

Overall, I thought the place was pretty good. Everyone there was helpful and nice. The room was clean, however starting to show its age. Some of the tiles grout are gone, and u can see gaps. The gap between the carpet and the tile needs to be sealed or covered. Biggest downer was my kid had a stomachache after having their breakfast. She felt better after she vomit. The hotel personnel did come to check up and brought her some porridge, milk and fruit, but she didn’t eat any. Next day we only used the breakfast for their coffee. I did use their pool. Wish it was a little warmer.

I was greeted warmly and was shown the room straight away. Everything was very good and when I asked I even got equipment for the kitchen. I even extended my stay for another day. Nice apartment, good location and still quiet at night. I can highly recommend it.

I love the location however there are some things that can be improved. This was my third time staying. 1. More customer service training for the cooks at the breakfast buffet stations. It can be tiring standing and coping with massive crowds at time and dealing with some customers may lead the staff losing cool. 2. Missing lock at toilet on level 17 near the cafe. 3. The light switches in room can be improved.

A well located hotel not far away from a main shopping area of nanning, just two stops on the subway or a easy stroll of 20 mins. The hotel is quite near nanning east station. The rooms are clean and tidy, spacious and my room was the higher floor with a city view, 17th. The breakfast has a good selection of congee, noodles and some selected western stuff. It has free parking, but a pain everytime you go out, you have to inform the front desk. For electric cars buff like myself the car park has five slow charging station which great to recharge the car overnight. the only cons on this hotel is the lift, a long wait during budy period.

Bring your baby to stay in the parent-child room, the experience is great! The room is full of childishness and complete facilities, and the children like it very much. The bed is comfortable, the service staff is very enthusiastic and Xiao Li's service is considerate. Children's supplies and toys are also provided. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast is nutritionally balanced and suitable for the whole family. Very satisfied, will come again next time, and highly recommended to families traveling with children!
