I ended up getting a room completely different from the one I was supposed to get. If the hotel is not able to provide the room that is displayed on booking services, then why display it in the first place. Unlike the room I booked, the room they gave me seemed to have been renovated years ago, was cold and had small windows looking at the parking lot. The staff, while being nice and friendly, could not help me. This situation, unfortunately, has affected my overall impression a lot.
I hope future guests will have better experience than I.
