Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities for everyone! Hot spring in room was definitely an added bonus… Breakfast and Dinner buffets was one of the best I’ve had this trip with huge selection of quality produce. Thank you for an amazing restful trip!

A hotel with an extremely scenic view. The only downside is that the hotel is not near to any food establishment and you need to take bus or taxi to reach the attractions or return to the hotel , if you do not have a car. Hence downloading the App “Find Taxi” is very important to us. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They even offered us a ride to a restaurant nearby when we need to go for dinner.

The location just near the lake. Cleanliness was ok. Hotel very very small. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a family operated hotel. They cleaned the room immediately when requested. Hotel was old. Breakfast was simple with vegetarian options. But could not eat. The non- veg smell came from the wedges or hash browns. All were served in the same tray. They even cooked some rice dumpling and a planted based cracker like food. But pure vegetarian will not be able to eat. Bread and conger were ok. Same food both days. Water dispenser on 3rd floor. No air-conditioning. The window cannot close airtight. Only a thin perforated mobile door on 1 side. The outside temperature was too cold and the room air-conditioning was not able to on. Very disappointing.

This time I traveled with my family and arranged to stay at the Hi-Lai Sun Moon Resort for two days and one night. The experience was really pleasant. Both the service and the hotel's hardware and software facilities were great! The only thing is that the main course of dinner is a little insufficient! But you really get what you pay for, the service is perfect💯 I recommend you to stay here if you have the chance👍

It is very close and has a variety of meal options. The line for picking up food is not crowded. There are many guests staying in the hotel. The hotel has batch meals. Passengers can choose their own dining tiers. It is quite flexible and the seats are If you are near the window area, you can enjoy the lake view while dining, which is really great. I am very grateful for this housing arrangement and look forward to visiting again on my next family trip.

It's called a 3-star hotel, but it feels more like a B&B. I waited from 10:05 pm to 12:30 pm to take a shower, but there was no hot water. The counter staff only worked until 10 pm... It was a cold and rainy night in winter, and the I was very tired after a day of playing and wanted to take a bath to relax. I was speechless when I found out there was no hot water. When I was looking for a hotel, I specifically chose one with a bathtub, but I ended up choosing a lonely one... The next morning, I asked the hotel staff and they said There were too many people and it was too late to supply hot water. If we knew this would happen, we should have reminded the guests or installed more hot water supply equipment...

The hotel has a sense of design. The location is very close to the dock shopping street. It is within walking distance. It is not close to the lake, but it is very convenient. You can walk to the bus station. There is a 711 next to it. Breakfast is a set menu with freshly squeezed juice. The room is not very big, but it is mainly convenient to stay for one night.

Hotel is a wooden building which is quite special. When enter the hotel you can smell the hinoki aroma it can help you feel very relaxed. Sound proof effect is quite bad

The hotel has everything you would expect from a quality operation, but what made this stand out was the friendly staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful, making our stay the highlight of our trip to Taiwan

A bit far from shuishe pier, yes they provide shuttle, but hard for us to find dinner around there. The room is okay with nice view, breakfast also okay. We didnt get room with view, you have to request at first.
