Wyndham Sun Moon Lake

The hotel facilities are novel, the rooms are large, the welcome fruits in the room are generous, and all the drinks in the refrigerator are free. Shower head water pressure is adequate. I hope the sauna opening hours can be extended to at least 10pm

The counter service is good and efficient. The breakfast buffet has a variety of food and is delicious. The hot spring pool in the room is too thin for two people to soak in. The bath and hot spring are in the same location, which is not good. The mattress is hard enough and pretty good.

The rooms are very clean and new, and they are very comfortable to stay in. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Sun Moon Lake. It is just a walk down the street, which is very easy to shop, and you can go for a walk by the lake. Children also like it very much.

Overall, it's great, but the omelette for breakfast can be similar to American style, with more ingredients!

The hygiene really needs to be improved, there was a bunch of hair mixed in the towel on the floor. . . But the facilities are really good. The indoor children's playground in the hotel is super big and awesome. My son played until he refused to leave. There is an old street next to it with food and drink. The location is also good. There is also a Lego wall in the room for children to play. The hot spring pool is also great. , will come again

Comfortable and comfortable

The staff service is not good enough, and the service quality is not up to the similar price near Sun Moon Lake. It was time to leave on the last day. When checking in at other hotels, they would come up to me and ask if they would like help with my luggage. The people at your hotel were just chatting there. Although no help is needed, the service quality and warmth are not at all good. When checking in, the hotel left the mask of the previous guest behind. The dinner dishes were poor in color, either too salty or too bland. Breakfast includes abalone porridge and seafood porridge. Others are also popular. The price doesn't meet expectations
