衞生挺不錯，比較安靜，老闆人也很好，去考試是個不錯的選擇，到師範學院步行6-10分鐘。

老闆很熱心，我是師院的新生，我自己來報道的，不小心把手摔了，但沒啥大問題，老闆開車送我去醫院的，很熱心的大叔，住宿環境不錯，這個價位的住宿標準我個人挺滿意的。
要進一個小巷子，我是晚上到的，就有點害怕，他不是很深的，可以給老闆打電話
美中不足的是隔音一般般，但我困起來，雷都叫不醒

非常滿意，正好趕上元宵南陽煙花秀，老闆還專門給説一聲可以去玩，房間也很乾凈，進去香香的，非常開心和滿意的一次遊玩與住宿

民宿很新，位置好找，老闆熱心，室內設施齊全，有投影儀，打開有很多視頻可以看。環境安靜，附近外賣也多。每層樓有飲水機和公共廁所，非常適合我這種不喜歡坐便和不喜歡酒店自燒水的人。距離附近幾所學校很近，老闆還送我到考點，非常熱心，感謝

空調是壞的，半夜住進去，空調就沒啟動過，當時氣温40度，空調大概可以讓這房間降低5度吧。
