The Hotel is easy to find and very near from the Napoli Centrale train station and Napoli Piazza Garibaldi metro station. The room was neat, air conditioning was cold, toilet was clean and spacious. The location is very convenient. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

All good apart from that there is no kettle and ironing facilities in the room

Good hotel for 2 nights in Naples. The location is close to Napoli Centrale train station and close to some of the main shops and restaurants. However, the location outside the hotel is dirty and loud, with litter and rubbish all over the street. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I felt looked after. The room itself is basic but perfectly fine for a few nights. The bed was comfy, however more pillows were needed! The shower is powerful but it takes a minute to warm up. For the price I paid, I was happy with the facilities and service.

This is an ok hotel, very basic not like photos hard beds. Staff were lovley and helpful. Don't like the outside scar you.

The hotel is small, run by some very friendly and helpful guys. Our room was big enough, very basic with a small TV, desk, tiny balcony and shower room. If we were just talking about the room and hotel itself, I would highly recommend it for the price. The location is great for the train stations. Apart from that the neighborhood is not great. There were *********** stood on the street outside our window and there were human faeces in the street. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I feel that I should tell people as for some this may ruin their trip.

The blanket was very thin, so it was quite cold to sleep. The shower room was very small, so it was a bit uncomfortable to shower. Breakfast was simple, with bread and coffee served on the spot. It was okay for just sleeping.

I used it because I needed to stay for a short day. The room was small and the surroundings were scary. It's not bad for just staying for a short day.

Good location but parking is a problem, 25€ extra per night. It is quite loud at night. Breakfast very bad

It's about a 5 minute walk from Naples Station and has an elevator. It's air conditioned and includes breakfast. It's cheap for this area, the staff are all friendly and they will leave your luggage for free when you go to Capri. I would recommend it, but this area isn't very clean so it's only recommended for experienced travelers. It's a shame that there is no refrigerator or kettle.

Nice clean hotel. For breakfast, coffee, croissants, yogurt, cereal with milk, packaged jams. The location of the hotel is a little confusing, because under the balcony in the morning there is a market, *******, there is a garbage dump all around, but the railway station is a 7-10 minute walk away, it was convenient for us, since we used railway transport. It is better not to walk alone at night. This is a significant minus, but the hotel itself is quite good. By the way, we checked in earlier than expected, luggage can be left without any problems. There is a good supermarket near the train station.

It was very close to Naples Centrare Station and close to subway stations, which was really nice. However, the atmosphere on the road from Porta Nolana Station in Naples was so bad. I didn't even dream of going out as soon as I arrived at the hotel in the evening. But the next morning, I went out on the other side and walked around because the streets on that side were clean and I could go to a delicious cafe. It was so good😍 The person who took care of my luggage was very kind and the air conditioner in the room was great, so I am very satisfied with this price! If you're still worried, I'd recommend it to men rather than women!
