Great property located right on the beach at Negombo, close to the airport. Great pool and restaurants. We only stayed one night but could have easily done 2 nights there. Would recommend. Rooms were clean and spacious and all overlook the beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritence and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The welcome we received upon arrival was unparalleled compared to any other hotel I've stayed at. The staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to ensure we felt at home immediately. The service at the pool bar was outstanding. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and made excellent cocktails. The pool itself was pristine and provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful surroundings. To our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. Throughout our stay, we encountered staff who were not only polite but also highly professional. They were always ready to assist with any request and did so with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests. The location of the hotel is another highlight. It's conveniently close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, it's situated near a beautiful beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea within minutes of leaving our room. Overall, our experience at Heritance was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. We will certainly be returning in the future!

nice hotel with nice sea view and big conference room, ideal for company trip

Good location, 25 mins from the airport, 5 mins walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. Clean rooms and pool. Let us check out a bit later because of the flight. Good option to stay in your first or last night in Sri Lanka. The only thing which needs to be improved is breakfast, small variety of food.

The environment and scenery are beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and it is close to restaurants and bars around.

The hotel is good. Although it is a bit old, the service of a local brand 5-star hotel is still reliable. It is close to the beach and very comfortable! I am considering booking this hotel for my next family trip.

At the seaside, walking distance from the beach, opening the balcony in the morning is really healing. Ask him to add a quilt, it was added from noon to 9:00 pm, the service is super slow! Super! 4. The beach of the hotel is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm! It is unreasonable! Because there is no sun before 7:00 am, and it is just comfortable after 7:00 pm! 5. There are no disposable slippers, hair dryers, and bathrobes in the room. If you need anything, you have to call for it! Summary: Although the manager came to explain and apologize because of my complaint, the whole experience is very bad! Overall, it feels that the service to Chinese people is a bit inconsiderate! Attentive to white people! Very uncomfortable feeling!

Great hotel for staying with kids! Convenient to the airport. First-class environment, all meals included, very convenient.

Since the flight to Colombo Airport was at night, I booked a hotel for one night. It was only a dozen kilometers away from the airport, much closer than downtown Colombo. The hotel is located on the beach. It was very pleasant to have breakfast in the restaurant while watching the sea in the morning. The hotel service was also good. Drinks were served when checking in, and the luggage was also delivered directly to the room by the waiter. Reminder that there are no slippers and hair dryers in the room, it is best to bring your own.

The view by the sea is beautiful. The facilities are a little old, but the service is good. The restaurant in the hotel opposite is good.
