The hotel was very delightful! The staff were helpful and the facilitates were immaculate. Overall, it was a nice place. Try the pool, Asian restaurant, and mini beach!

J W marriott was a total disappointment in many ways, we stayed four nights in which we could not use the beach or other pool (except one) as all the time they were closed because there was weddings going on, in which the lobby the salon the room the hallway of our suite were noisy because of the wedding guests music etc The hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars as it needs to be renovated, the furniture was so used to the point that the shower is broken the jacuzzi in the bathroom is not working.. we didn’t enjoy our stay and definitely is not coming back

It would have been fine ten years ago, but now it looks a bit dated. Overall, the facilities are decent, and the view from outside the hotel is quite nice. It's not far from the airport, and you can book a free airport shuttle. It's also very quiet. However, the service was truly terrible. They initially gave me the last room available, saying it was the last one, and even after I clearly stated I didn't want it, they changed it. Why did they say it was the last room in the first place? Why were they given priority for the last room when there were other rooms available? It wasted over half an hour of my time.

It has the style of an old Egyptian movie. The location is convenient. The facilities are a bit old. The service attitude is very good. The breakfast is average, the linens are average, and everything else is very good.

This Cairo business hotel is impressive! The hotel is ideally located only 15 minutes' drive from the International Convention and Exhibition Center, making it an ideal choice for business guests.

I came to Egypt on a business trip and stayed at JW Marriott, which is not far from the airport. Although it is close to the airport, you can't hear the sound of the plane at all, so you can stay at ease. The sound insulation is also very good. There are security guards at the door, and there are police dogs. All drivers' IDs must be registered, and security checks are required to enter the lobby, which makes people feel safe. It is worthy of being JW Marriott. The environment is really good. The outdoor swimming pool is heated, but it's a pity that I didn't bring swimming trunks. The breakfast is great, with a wide variety. NFC mango juice is highly recommended. Waffles with original honey are amazing. When checking out, I made an appointment with the hotel for a free shuttle to the airport. A total of 5 people also sent a minibus. The service is really good. I will choose this next time I come to Egypt.
