Bring your elastic-waist pants because you’ll need them, trust me! And those beds! I lay down and entered a sleep coma that lasted a whole month. When I finally woke up, I felt like a bear who had just come out of hibernation—hairy, grumpy, and wondering where all the food went! I was so well-rested that I thought I could run a marathon or at least walk to the fridge without feeling tired! So, if you’re looking for a place where beauty meets deliciousness and where beds are softer than a paratha fresh off the tawa, the Lalit Hotel is the place to be! Just remember to come with an empty stomach and a sense of humor, so you can laugh off those extra kilos you’ll definitely gain. The hotel is good. The staff is cooperative. Cleaned very well. The main issue is the internet it is worse than 2G speed. I had a Zoom meeting and the internet was terrible.

it was a good stay, except when i stayed with family, they keep us waiting until late instead of giving us the keys in late night with a sick lady with me. else, it was good.

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.

Nice Hotel, and had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient, and the room was very neat & ideal in size. The breakfast was nice & as expected in such a hotel, but what stood out for me was the staff that was taking care of everyone. They were all extremely polite & helpful. Building next to it had a food court in the basement. Just hope that the check in process can be a bit smoother & faster, as there were multiple counters & there are people lining everywhere. Keep a standard line so everyone can get their stuff done one by one, rather than guessing which line to be in. And if someone from the hotel team can get in touch with Google + Uber, so that the proper drop off location at the entrance is shown on google maps, it would be very helpful Right now you end up at the back exit when you take an uber.

The Park Hotel New Delhi boasts clean and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the location and customer service are excellent, the breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options and better availability of beverages. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement in the dining experience.

Amazing hotel in the middle of Aerocity. The breakfast menu was excellent and tasty. The staff were polite and super helpful. We had dinner at Food Exchange and that was lovely too. Didnt get tine to use the pool, may be next time :)

I would like to appreciate Taj Palace and team for making my stay more memorable by making room upgrade, complimentary cocktails and high tea. Thumbs up to the world class hospitality.
