Top 5-Star Hotels in New Delhi

I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors.

The hotel is good. The staff is cooperative. Cleaned very well. The main issue is the internet it is worse than 2G speed. I had a Zoom meeting and the internet was terrible.

it was a good stay, except when i stayed with family, they keep us waiting until late instead of giving us the keys in late night with a sick lady with me. else, it was good.

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

This is not the first time I have stayed, it is relatively close to the customer. If I visit this customer, I will stay in this hotel. It is a better hotel around. Well, the catering and sanitary environment are very good. Well, the service of the hotel is very good, and I will continue to stay next time.

There is a kettle, a hairdryer, a safe, disposable slippers, and two bottles of water. You can drink draft beer (368 rupees / with snacks) at the bar on the second floor. There is an X-ray inspection of luggage every time at the hotel entrance, which is troublesome but safe.

Location and area It’s very convenient. Came here to stay for a couple of nights before connecting flight, good location close to airport! In the morning it’s only 10-15 mins drive. Aerocity is a wonderful developed area - so many lovely restaurants and cafes with quality food for all ranges! I was surprised for the qualitative variety the area offers available for short time visiters! Room Nice comfortable bed, quiet and nice view, comfortable chairs and sofa, nice air ventilation! Toilet and bathroom Very clean! Hot water supply! Powerful enough shower! Ground floor dining restaurant Offers a wide variety of food, quality and tasty! Breakfast buffet is especially impressive! Staff and working team It’s the second time I stayed with Holiday Inn in different cities recently. One very strong impression is that the team - may it be front desk, or at the restaurant - every one is so friendly, attentive, and always wants to ensure you are being well looked after. The Park Hotel New Delhi boasts clean and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the location and customer service are excellent, the breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options and better availability of beverages. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement in the dining experience.
