Nine Orchard

Had a great stay (two nights) at Nine Orchard. The room and its amenities (cookies in the evening etc) were much more than I expected in NYC, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty. The swan bar is beautiful and had a great DJ. We also had pasta at the hotel’s restaurant and found that to be enjoyable as well.

We loved everything about our stay at 9 Orchards. The attention to every little detail, especially in the guest rooms, is phenomenal. You have to experience it to appreciate it. In addition, great food, staff and atmosphere. I almost never write reviews but this place deserves every accolade and then some. Everything about the hotel has been very carefully thought out and well executed. In an era where that most often seems gone, it is really nice to experience it once again.

From the moment we walked into Nine Orchard, the focus on details and service were apparent. Every staff member we encountered during our visit was friendly and helpful. The rooms are designed with attention to every detail and have great character. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and we were surprised at how little street noise we heard during the night. We had a lovely view of the city, as well. Complimentary coffee and croissants were a nice addition to the stay. The hotel is close to the subway, making travel around the city easy and quick. We were impressed with the quality of the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We looked forward to visiting the hotel again next time we are in the city!

We had an amazing experience during our stay at 9 Orchard! Staff was so welcoming and friendly! A bottle of local wine and delicious snacks were waiting for us in the room which had an amazing view of lower Manhattan. Breakfast was delicious with yummy croissants and best coffee. We had the best cocktails in the evening before Broadway show

obsessed with this hotel! the staff is sweet and helpful, the rooms are beautiful with a great view, housekeeping was soo great. surprisingly rarely heard outdoor nyc noise besides for a rogue fire engine. will absolutely stay again.

It's nice to go on a vacation where you're taken care of. The attention to detail in the room is mind-blowing, from the custom high-end speakers that offer an in-room dance party (if desired) to a climate-controlled room for those frosty NYC nights to the heavenly bed that offers a welcome respite after a hard day of museum-going. The view (pictured below) from our room made me feel like I was in the center of Manhattan (without the cacophonous cab sounds). And if you're tired after the day, please, do yourself a favor and order from their in-house restaurant. The burger is one of the best I've ever tried. And despite the complex supply chain for getting quality oysters into NYC, I was impressed. The staff is warm, friendly, and only a call away. Would stay again. 10/10

Unfortunately the worst (and shortest) stay we’ve ever had in New York. Read about this hotel as a new opening and was excited to try it. Room not available on arrival — despite arriving after check in time. Front desk defiant and blamed us for staying in the room 2 hours before coming downstairs I had an allergy attack within 30 mins of arrival. Asked hotel to change rooms but was required to pay $3500 to change. We left for the Greenwich hotel.

My partner and I stayed here at Nine Orchard as a birthday trip for myself, and we are so glad we did!! Check in was very smooth and easy and the front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly! We stayed in a Studio Queen room on the 4th floor. Normally I would think that the lower level floors wouldn't have such a cool view but it did! Totally exceeded our expectations. We were excited to find out that this hotel is pet friendly! We ended up bringing our pup with us and they even set up a bed with a toy for him and food bowls!! When we entered the room there was smooth jazz playing and we were so excited to see they left us a personalized welcome note and cupcakes for my birthday! Really made me feel special. The room alone was so cozy we didn't want to leave!! The shower had great water pressure, loved the lighting, and the bed was sooo comfortable. We had dinner at their restaurant the corner bar too! Very delicious and amazing service! The area of manhattan the hotel is located in is very fun too, lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and culture. Thank you so much for the hospitality. We really hope to stay with Nine Orchard again soon!
