Super convenient location because we were in the city mainly for a Broadway show just two blocks away, and proximity to the Port Authority bus stop was also a huge plus. Only question mark would be how housekeeping didn’t come in to clear our garbage even though we were there for two nights and having it piled up wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise everything was perfect including the front desk, bell men, super friendly and they even gave us a room before check in time which was a plus given how we had traveled overseas and arrived at an odd hour 👍🏻

Stayed here many times and it’s a great hotel in a fantastic location. Ran into an extremely rude front desk staff member though who kept hanging up on my calls to the front desk. I understand it gets busy but no response for over an hour is a safety issue.

The location was very close to restaurants, Broadway, subways, and the buildings where we had meetings.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is very central ( closed to time square) and right next to the subway ( line A,C, E ) and only few minutes walking for other lines. The service is super friendly and helpful. We booked a twin bedrooms, which was also quite spacious for New York standards. A big plus for the beds, which were super comfy.
Finally attached to the hotel there is a lovely tapas restaurant with nice drinks and food. definitively convenient after a long day walking
