I booked a deluxe room and it was very small with almost no windows. The attitude of the front desk of the hotel is very bad. The carpet was very dirty. The towels were not washed and there were still hairs on them. Shampoo and conditioner contain a lot of water. Although the location is good, there are many better hotels than this one around. In short, I will never stay in this hotel again in the future.

The room was nice, but there were renovations being done on a few rooms on the same floor. Checkout was also 11AM, yet the cleaner was knocking on our door at 9AM and woke my husband.

First time at this property, check in was commendable in efforts to assist everyone as timely as possible. Don’t go early to check-in, the hotel stays full until it’s time to depart. I expected personal touches during my stay, due to the concierge reaching out multiple times to ensure my stay would go well. That did not happen, they specifically didn’t even greet me. I got invited to a presentation for this type of facility but I was assigned a room that wasn’t renovated. Not a good marketing move. Best part about this property is the view of the Empire State Building from its covered rooftop. I’ll take the risk at another Marriott property, next time.

Great property and would stay again. Staff were friendly, rooms spacious (for NYC!) and a lovely Rooftop Bar. Very walkable from Penn Station (10 minutes) and from all central locations.

This one of best hotel stays. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. I just launched my own travel agency and I will be recommending this hotel to clients. It was a great price, helpful staff, and a great location to everything -walking or subway, especially for families.
