Riverside Tower Hotel

Worst hotel ever! Just went , stayed 10 min tiny rooms and not clean at all! Ask for a refund which they denied , left hotel and no refund

This hotel was a gem!! Staff was attentive and friendly and at the the front desk 24/7. Great location, just a few blocks to subway/bus. Beautiful view of The Hudson and Riverside Park is right across the street. Elevators are a little small and the highway below seems to turn into a raceway at night! I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely stay here on my trip next year!!!

Arranged for a parcel to be delivered to the hotel with the reception’s acknowledgement. Parcel was delivered 2 days prior but receptionist insisted parcel was not delivered during my entire stay. Hotel reached out one week later to inform that they FOUND the parcel in the storage room. Reception started asking me to provide my credit card details to facilitate a refund. Expecting the hotel to provide an actual solution here. Not sure if anyone would be comfortable sharing their personal data like that

4 adults shared the 2 bed suite for 4 nights while we we’re sightseeing, the rooms are compact yes but there is enough room for luggage and storage under beds, the beds are super comfy and the place is spotless, the reception staff are really friendly and helpful, the building is beautiful and in a great location for lots of bars and restaurants, the area is quiet, safe and the nearest subway stop to the main 1 line is 5 mins walk, yes the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms but we made it work. We will definitely be back this would be the first place I would check for availability.

Super location, friendly staff, clean hotel, and useful amenities made my stay just what I had hoped. From other reviews and from the website photos, I knew the rooms were going to be compact, but that was fine. I anticipated a continental breakfast, but that wasn't provided (perhaps I misread the hotel's website), but they have a nice little kitchenette area in the lobby that allows patrons to store a few of their own items (labeled by the hotel staff), so you could easily purchase your own yugurt or breakfast item there. The room layout was very efficient, and I really appreciated how clean and quiet the hotel was. I used the workout room a few times and found it to be basic, but good. Besides the really friendly staff, I especially appreciated the location next to Riverside Park--that place is BEAUTIFUL! I felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed exploring the various restaurants nearby. I was able to walk to and around Central Park and even decided to walk to my Broadway matinee since the weather was so beautiful! This will be my go-to hotel when visiting family in the future.

We booked one of the 2 bedroom suites whilst spending 3 days in nyc after a work trip, we booked this as it was definitely less expensive than 2 rooms in any other hotel! Yes the rooms are small, it’s New York! But it was spotless, a queen bed each, defo wouldn’t be suitable for more than one in each bedroom of the suite and the bathroom is in one of the rooms! But we loved it and the staff especially Nadine were great :) It’s 2-3 blocks to 79th street subway, which gets you everywhere! Would totally recommend and stay again!
