Trendy hotel. The service was excellent. In a good location just south of the Times Square crowd. I stayed here for just a night on my first trip to NYC. I am glad I did. The amenities, like unlimited bottled water, are a plus. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and updated. Only negative was that the USB ports did not work, but luckily I brought my wall charger with me and that worked. I also wish the bed-side speaker were Bluetooth-compatible, but, of course, this is a minor dig and irrelevant to most. My view was meh, but luckily I was not able to hear any street noise from my tiny queen-bed room on the 22nd floor. I would definitely stay here again.

The service was okay. The hygiene is not bad, but the hygiene is cleaned once every two days. The surrounding restaurants are convenient and the facilities are average, which is okay.

I was very disappointed to learn upon arrival of an additional fee being assessed. I am familiar with so-called resort fees, but in every case I have encountered one, I have been able to use the amount of the fee to buy things in the hotel. Thus, it has been possible to not feel cheated. In the case of pineapple, the fee was said to cover coffee and water, and there is no restaurant or bar to use the value of the fee in. Absolutely wrong. Absolutely adding on a fee to increase the price of the room. There is no reason to add a fee here. I feel cheated.

All I could ask for in a quick weekend stay. The room was small, as to be expected for Manhattan, but clean, comfortable, and well-apppointed. The view was spectacular, and the location is ideal for anyone coming in via Penn Station. Very worth the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms are very small, and bed was not very stable. Other than that everything was great. Price for the place and location you can’t beat. Very clean. Free cookies when you checkin, free waters in room, two free items from their snack shop. They really went for the theme, all the way down to the toilet paper. Staff was friendly and helpful.
