Location, all that matters.
Staff was great, helpful, and kind to help us all the way. Especially the person at the door with whom I had a very personal and meaningful conversation.
Fireplace in the lobby, next level spot for your socials.
Breakfast is not really my thing. European taste (even Australian one) is very different from local US ones. It's good to have, but around, there are always options.

Needs new mattresses…
The lobby of the hotel is very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful! The bed was not comfortable and we did sleep well because of this. We wish the TV was a smart tv and that we could have accessed our streaming apps.

Beautiful hotel, rude staff. We return there a lot and typically have a nice time , but the front desk were so unforgettably unhelpful and unfriendly. I’m pretty easygoing and low maintenance but when you treat my 70yo mother wrong that draws the line for me. We will not return.

The room was very large and had a very nice outdoor space. The bathroom was beautiful and large. I would stay there again.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Our room was really nice and comfortable. The Saturday night we were there was pretty loud outside, but otherwise it was quiet. It is a great location for art goers and there are lots of food options around. It was disappointing that their bar is closed - there is so much unused space there and I would have enjoyed meeting up with friends there rather than finding another location!
