Hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous! Hotel was very clean and comfortable! Would stay here again!

Location , staff , breakfast are good . Only the room door bang so loud when auto closing.

The location was good, and the service was efficient and friendly. The rooms need updating, though. The decor is dull, the A/c was noisy, and the bathtub should be replaced with a shower cubicle.

What I like about the hotel is the proximity to many areas - subway, Timesquare, 5th Avenue sites, and so many more.

I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent. Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere. Subway station is across the street. Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided! Wifi signal was strong. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk. She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

Very convenient to get around NYC with public transport nearby. However, most of the attractions are walkable. Gym room facilities is acceptable. We are pleased with the paid buffet breakfast on our 5th & last stay, many varieties. All staffs are very helpful. I think the vending machines should place at lobby to easy excess.

Run down building, narrow elevator lobbies. Poor housekeeping. Only thing good is the location. Doesn’t feel like a Marriott hotel at all. Average hotel not more than 2 star

Booked last minute for a 1 night stay. I kind of wished I had booked this hotel for longer - The room was very spacious, aircon worked great, elevators were efficient (which isn’t always the case in NYC). We were very impressed.

The room was the perfect size and very clean. The staff was warm and knowledgeable. The location was great. Right near subway stations, Times Square a a few blocks from 5th Avenue.

It’s close to time square and walking distance to penn station

This hotel was in the perfect spot. For what we paid, it was absolutely perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were all really friendly. Only thing I could say was that the check in was a bit delayed, but being the Christmas season, one deals with these things. It’s slightly loud on the road side, but again, it’s where the hotel is located. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The coffee was great and their cups came in handy. 😅

Great location and nice hotel for right price

The hotel is in perfect location in NYC , 10mins walk to Times Square and Huston Yard. What more could you expect? And next to hotel is just the bus station hub which is just so convenient hotel itself is small but it has everything you need to crash at such an expensive Manhattan and everything is good ! Highly suggested due to so cost effective!
