When I checked in, the hotel front desk said my credit card couldn't be used! Later I found out that there was a problem with the hotel check-in system! I had to wait for a full hour and a half. When I entered the room, I found chocolate on the floor that had not been cleaned up. The rooms provided are also corner irregular rooms. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the hotel to complain. Someone from the hotel inspected the floor of the room and upgraded me to another room. Ctrip conducted customer interviews, learned about the situation and communicated with the hotel, and finally Ctrip provided a service plan! Thank you to Ctrip staff for their responsible spirit! The hotel is nice and the restaurant service is good!
