"The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s really lovely and fresh, and it seemed like our room was freshly renovated or very well cared for, and the room and bedding were spotless. The room was very spacious and well equipped. As was the reception area. The staff are lovely and very helpful (we had some issues with loud neighbours and they delicately assisted). The pool is really big and nice with lots of deck chairs and amazing views of Mt Ararat. Breakfast was great, freshly prepared and good options. The hotel is not in the centre but we found the location still convenient, we would walk into town and then Yandex back (Yandex is typically 1600AMD). We would stay again!"

"I stayed at several places and made new friends there. The house belonged to Iranians, and many of the other guests were also Iranian, so it was the first time I met any Iranian people! They were very friendly and even offered me Iranian tea, which was delicious!"

"I rarely leave hotel reviews on platforms, but this time I was on a business trip to Armenia alone and this hotel was cheap. When I arrived, it was a bit hard to find; it's a little to the right of the pin, down a slope, and then you'll find the front desk. I booked a king-sized bed, and the room was clean and newly renovated. There was a very slight smell, but it was nothing to worry about. Overall, it was clean and sparkling new. Pretty good! Breakfast was decent, at least enough to fill you up. The value for money is amazing, guys. It's about a ten-minute taxi ride to the city center, so it's close. Next time I'm here, I'll definitely stay at this place again, my friend."

"A wonderful, cozy hotel. New, high-quality renovations. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Always clean, housekeeping on request, sometimes even when you don't ask. :) Excellent location. The only drawback is the bathroom/toilet is frosted glass, so there's a certain lack of privacy. :) This might be a deal-breaker for some. Overall, a perfect balance of price and quality."
