"The hotel's ambiance is great; it's very modern, and the elevators are spacious and never crowded. You need to use your key card to access your floor, which makes it feel very secure. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent—I slept soundly. The staff are all very friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was spotlessly cleaned. It is located in the city center and not far from the ancient city, about a 20-minute walk away, making it convenient for dining and shopping. "The location is really convenient, right in the old town. Since cars aren't allowed in, we had to inform customer service before check-in so someone could help us with our luggage. There's no elevator, so be careful on the stairs. On our second day, after returning from sightseeing, we found our room hadn't been cleaned. When I asked customer service, I was told that for safety reasons, we needed to inform them before leaving the room if we wanted it cleaned. However, we weren't informed of this policy during check-in. Although the staff were all very friendly, the service quality still needs improvement."

"凌晨一點多下的火車，拖着行李箱在街頭轉了半天，才找到這家崑崙塔對面亮着暖燈的城際酒店。本來以為深夜入住衹會是冷冰冰的快速登記，沒想到前台小姐姐到了一杯熱茶 感覺心裏暖暖的 ，説怕我趕夜路一定口渴了 ，剛好我手機充電線坐火車的時候丟了 ，隨口問了一句有沒有多餘的，沒一會兒前台小姐姐就送來了適配的充電頭跟充電線，還順帶遞了個蒸汽眼罩，讓我好好休息。房間的被子曬過一樣帶着陽光味，連枕頭都有軟硬兩種可以選，奔波了一整夜的疲憊，躺下去的瞬間全消了，前台小姐姐態度超好，衞生細節都到位；床墊柔軟舒適極了，洗澡水壓特別穩定、出水快爽歪歪 ，這是我住過最懂深夜旅人疲憊的酒店。[強][強][強]"
